I also had some issues with pairing, but Revols support responded to my email with clear instructions that solved the problem. My real concern is with the hardware. They charge by having you "dock" the actual battery with their proprietary charging cord. The dock that holds the battery during charging is very tight and I have a real concern that the cord to the battery will one day simply tear when I remove them from the dock. They assured me that the cord is reinforced with Kevlar, but it feels weak to me. Why not just go with a standard micro-USB port like everyone else? Even if the cord doesn't tear, if I lose the charging cord, I'm screwed. The storage case is just a bag and when you add the headphones and the charging cord, it's a huge tangle of stuff- very inelegant. They do have EXCELLENT sound. The molding process was pretty simple and they've stayed in place no matter how sweaty I get working out, so good job there. But there are other headphones that have equally great sound, stay in place and don't rely on me using a proprietary device for charging. These are fine for now, but I'll bet they're useless in a year because they break or the cord is lost.

Failed 5 times to pair first time before it finally worked. The sound scape is kinda bad, still a lot to fix here

Revols are big and bulky, can't get technical support to respond and send me the correct ear piece. Not sure if I'd recommend these to others. If I could get properly fit and actually listen to them it might be a different story. Are they even in business any longer?

Backed on Kickstarter, couldn't get them to pair. Read the comments on the Kickstarter campaign and it's just a string of disappointment. I just threw them (and my money) away. Not worth the headache

Update; after initially being unable to connect to the headphones, I found the support page online and was able to connect after following resetting the earbuds. You can do this buy pressing the play/pause button three times quickly whilst its in pairing mode, then trying to connect again in SETTINGS, not via the app. Hopefully this should help anyone frustrated by this bug :)

I love my Revols, but the app could use some fixing. EQ settings don't save which is slightly annoying, and they only work with the app open. Also, the app consistently crashes on my Pixel 2 and has been since I received my Revols. Overall, the app is good as long as is working.

Initially Got the revols rejected pairing message also on my Pixel 2 XL. Keep holding the button, the blinking blue light will pulsate even faster. Then you're in pairing mode. Sound is awesome

Can't even pair my Pixel 2 with these headphones. I get a message saying "Revols has rejected pairing". Wrote to Customer Service and got no response. Don't know if anyone else is having the same issue.

The equalizer could use some fixes. It's slow to respond to adjustments, and doesn't remember the setting it's currently on when you reopen the app. Aside from the equalizer, the app is good.
