Just used the new app today and it works really well for me. I've registered my payment method of choice. I confirmed my email and personal info. When I was ready, I confirmed my pick-up location and destination before I push the booking button and wait for the confirmation. The app sends me texts and feedback through the app and email. Very helpful and convenient. I love the new app and Red top Taxi service. Great job!

Much better then previous app. So far everything works as it should. Ditch the ads though. Today's world if we're subjected to ads the service should be free. If we want no ads we pay. I paid. The annoyance to customers isn't worth that 1c either.

The app was fine i guess, but the taxi was fifteen minutes later than I booked it for and and the app didn't notify me, nor could i get through to Red Top via phone. I get they were busy, but that's why I pre-booked. They could at least me know it's running late. So, great app, just poor service ... which is the part I actually need!

Used to be great. Now useless. I used to have my card on file so I didn't have to worry about carrying cash or paying a fee to use the machine in the car. Since the update I cant add my card. The app crashes when I try. So I have switched to uber. A shame since we prefer to support cab drivers. But the app lost our business

I can definitely appreciate having an app to order a taxi. The car # red screen is also nice on pickup so no one takes your taxi. My only real complaint is the amount of notifications I get for the process. I counted 8... that's ridiculous. Order confirmed, cab tracker, cab arrival and receipt is MORE than enough.

i use red top taxi regularly and I usually book via the app with my master card. but this app has stopped working correctly. it won't let me book a taxi, saying "you must select a charge type before booking a ride". even though my Mastercard is entered. and I've tried deleting the card and trying to enter it again, still doesnt work. I used to be able to book a ride without a card at all and would simply pay in the car, but it wont let me do that either. FIX THIS APP PLEASE RED TOP!
