I'm using the free version but every time I load up my bonds (in Bond Management), they all soon disappear after subsequent use. What am I doing wrong? Further to the above (Oct 2021), the app is not retaining my user name or the bonds which I've automatically loaded; this means that I have to reload them EVERY month, when I use it to check my bonds for any prizes won. I simply cannot take it anymore...as far as this app is concerned, I'm outta here!!

There is a 99p subscription in-app too get 90% of the app features (which is cheap). But I paid for it and didnt really find anything useful for myself. The lucky bonds stuff are for every bonds, nothing to do with your bonds. Can't see an option to cancel the subscription or only pay for one year. I hope i dont get charged again next year.

I downloaded this app today and am using the free version. The app is okay and I set it up to include dates of all bond numbers. But when viewing prizes, the app states that I didn't receive any prizes in one of the months last year, when I actually did. Is there a bug in the algorithm or is this due to another reason that I don't know about? And how do I know that there aren't any bugs affecting premium features available within the app? That's the whole point in using this app over NS&I's app.

Instructions are very clear, so once followed all the prize history and lots of interesting stats are there.

I can't get this app to work. I have tried to set it up with my bond numbers with various start dates between 1980 and 2020, but I always get the message "Eligible date cannot be below 1957-06".

When you consider the amount of money invested in premium bonds I think its fair to expect a quality app. But its far from that...it feels like something put together in a lunch hour for £50 by someone who hates their job...

Too complicated to use. You can't even add a bond holders number. You have to add every bond which is terrible especially if you auto reinvest as you will have to update it if you win with a new bond.

Great app, the copy & paste takes all the tedium out of typing the bonds in manually only thing missing really is a password to keep everything private.
