I thought I'd give it a few months before writing a review for this app. It started well allowing me to check results on the weekday they were released. Roll on to results day falling on a Saturday and the app states that the results aren't available yet. In the end I gave up & looked online at the NS&i website. Waste of time if this app its not operating in real time!! 🤨

I can only echo what is being said in most of the other recent reviews. The new look is just awful. It looks cheap and amateurish, as if they've given the update to someone on work experience to play around with. I can't comment on the functionality as it won't recognise my pin number and to get a new one I will have to erase all my data. No thanks - I will wait and hope that a further update will fix this mess.

Well, the old version worked a treat. The new version? Forget it'. I've just looked up my results on the PC All I get from the 'new improved app' now is " Sorry Results Not Available, please try later" Waste of time. Why do developer's proudly claim that updates contain bug fixes and then proceed to put out apps that, well, obviously have more bug's?

The new September update has completely messed my account up, it asked for a 4-digit pin number, when mine is 5 digits! Needless to say, I can't log in to the app! My only option was to reset the thing, which removed ALL of my details and numbers, so now I've got to spend an eternity looking for paperwork. Calling customer services is no help either, I get shoved in a corner, on hold. It's like hell, without the sin. I give up!

Oh dear. Echo what other reviewers have said about the cheap bland amateur look since the update. Unable to access Octobers draws as theres a constant "try again" error. Considering this is the official prize checker for nsandi it looks like a child has designed it. Very poor

Rubbish. Used to work fine. I get an email stating that I've won a prize. Go to the App & keep getting the message "Something's GONE WRONG" every day since. Absolutely useless.

I do not find the new app as user friendly The old one did say sorry if you hadn't won or congratulations if you had. The new one that I received seems cold and unfriendly. Just a page displaying the date of the next draw!

New look app now looks like a dodgy word game from 2010. Not a good look. Worst thing is that the app doesn't scale properly with the phones display and font settings set to large. I cannot see the next draw date and some of the text is not alligned properly. Was good, now not!! Sort it out, and please test properly before releasing an update.

Used to be fine. Now, I can log in but on the draw date I get "RESULTS NOT YET AVAILABLE". So does my wife on her separate account. The draw results are there on the website, just not on the app.

Update has made the app look cheap and nasty. Awkward to use not user friendly and has gone back to crashing you put so you have yo reload all details again. Please don't waste money on stupid updates to try to be 'trendy' the old one was fine and please please make it work properly
