poor. The attractions map is not usefull. Navigate option does not work.

The most important thing missing from this app is a link between the list of attractions and the map. One should be able to choose from the list of attractions one and through a link to see were is the attraction situated. Plus it should allow a user to make its own lists and sort attractions in the order it wishes to see.

Map is terrible - why not implement navigation?? App crashes. Missing such obvious functionality.
English Time
This app needs an interactive map. Portaventura is extremely badly signposted and is a nightmare to find your way around. A map that gives directions would really help.

The show times are not updated on the app. We looked at the app when and where is the show, and went there, waited for 15 min after the show had to start, and only when leaving saw the paper saying it is out of service, on the entrance there was no notification visible. Wasted valuable time as we thought the app is reliable and up to date

Frustating and faulty - Can't be used outside of the park. Often didn't give me ride times (not all rides have ride times) and I rebooted and install/unintalled the app on my S10+. Would always revert to Ferrariland when re-opening app. Not all facilities listed, ie - water fountains. No route map to get to rides/shows. No menus/prices listed, no mobile ordering. Generally better off with the printed maps. Needs to include a comprehensive public transport list not the limited listings shown.

The app needs a search function, half the waiting times weren't showing up, the waiting times were inaccurate & there were no toilets on the map. The app also claims that Furious Baco is the fastest & Shambhala has the longest drop & is the tallest roller coaster in Europe, when in actual fact all would be Red Force. For the park, the waiting times would show for example 20 minutes, but the wait would be 40. Also, basically every food stand only sells hot dogs or ice cream, as of writing this.

Not very useful: Lost favourites. No listing of amenities like toilets. No shortcut from details of an attraction to find out where it is in the park. Incorrect information (Tomahawk ride shown as Childish when it's a Moderate). No way to search for anything. Annoying that it opens with an ad that you have to cancel each time. Annoying that it starts in Ferrari land by default. Still sent push notifications after it being turned off in the app. Map hard to use.

Needs a search function for when you are looking for a specific ride. Could do with toilets being added. Found there were rides not on the app which were at the park - not helpful. Also found the times didn't update for the rides so ended up using a normal park map and the park boards.

In the park two days and even though high accuracy location is enabled it says I.need to be in the park with location enabled to see wait times! It will not show wait times!! It does show our exact location. A bit useless if no wait times can be displayed!
