It's just a scum... Unbelievable... Not only they make you pay lots, and not sending the items, but also they just disappear. I bought already more than a month ago 12 enlarged pics 30x45, plus the standards and few of 15x20, I paid 70 euros... Never got the enlarged, NEVER, just the standard ones... It's been since than that they basically lie to me, and still did not get any. I mean, if you but the regular, it's an amazing app... Just don't but biggers... You will never get them. No refund.

I tried anything to order my prints, tried several credit cards and contacted the free prints staff but nothing they suggested worked either. The app continously says the expiration date of my credit card is wrong, which it isn't, and doesn't validate my payment. The idea of this app is really nice so it's such a pity

First time with an order of photos went alright, the second time with a mug with a photo on it, just didn't arrive, got no answer from the service and there is no way to track the pack since they don't provide you the tracking number, very very uncovenient, next time I'll chose a more expensive service which guarantees me better experience than free prints.

Exceptional! I tried it, I was curious, and if it would have asked me for money I'd just uninstall it immediately... But it's amazing! My first order I had a discount for shipping, which made it completely free. So I got 10 photos for free, not even the shipping price. I already ordered 10 more photos, paying for the shipping. I can finally make our family photo album now! Printing photos at the shop was too expensive and too much work finding the right ones, especially now with smartphones.

I found this app quite by accident, I was curious but dubious. I didn't expect a good quality of photos, or service.. Can you really get free photos? There must be a catch.. But boy was I wrong.. This app is fantastic!!! I just received my first order a couple of days ago.. And the quality of the photos is exceptional. I'm thrilled to have this app, I can't wait to order next month's photos and I've already recommended it to a few friends.. Best app ever!!!! (I've also ordered a photobook on the sister app, I'm hoping it will prove to be just as good)

Definitely a must have! It works perfectly and the quality of the pics is pretty good as well. I would suggest to add a "edit your pic" option to make the photos even more special. It could maybe include frames as well as sticker so you can create many style. It would a dream to have a polaroid option to print the pic with the iconic white frame!

GREAT WAY OF PRINTING PHOTOS This app is very useful. The photos are very good quality, you can even add the white border and choose the finish. The fact that you only pay the shipping is a great advantage. The only thing I did not like is the fact that there is very little information about the shipping route and once the package is delivered you are not notified. For the rest freeprints is very good. I totally recommend it.
