Ordered 1 set of pictures 3 times from the apps without any prints confirmation. No answer from customer service either. Hope recent orders won't be charged as payments have been validated in the bank app

The first 10 pictures are free and in good quality, and you have the option of getting a matte finishing. After that you have to pay for shipping but it's pretty cheap, (1,99€ so less than $2.5) and no matter how many pics you order it's the same price so you can save on shipping by choosing a lot of pictures in one order. The quality is really nice unlike what I expected. Overall pretty cool!

Edit : I have changed my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star, because they were really helpful and sent me the photos again with no charge! Thank you very much, very reactive and good client service! I will change my rating once the problem is resolved, I ordered the photos on the 14th of July and you said I would receive them on the 25th, they did not arrive and they said it would be delayed 2 days and it's been 2 days and they still haven't arrived... Can you help please.

Paid order, for 45 square prints (my first ever order), placed 6 weeks ago and still not received. Just standard automatic replies received from the serviceclient email address, no refund or reprint offered. Edit 12 days later from 1 to 3 stars. The prints arrived today and are fine. I'll give them the covid-staffing benefit of the doubt, but some personalised after sales service is sorely required. In reply to their comment, I did of course reply ( as it sais in the autoemated email). Only problem was I got the same automated email as a reply. What's the point in replying if you get the same automated email every time?

Overall bad quality : crazy colors, bad image and some are not cut properly (you have to do it youserlf with scissors). Also picture are very dark ! It is cheap but on 50 pics I will throw about 35 away, you should do the math before buying.
