Like the new layout of the app but still some glitches. Tried to complete a form in the logbook and when I hit submit it takes me to a "try again" page. Also the push notifications are a bit hit and miss!!

I cannot update the app and I also cannot press continue. I can't tap on T&Cs or switch to another account. Completely useless.

Thanks for reply to my original review. I can access my banking app, my credit card app, my energy provider app and my payslip app. All no problem there. What makes the People App so special? The point of an App I'd thought was to be easy access. My tablet is 2.5 years old and fully updated and protected, so unfortunately does not support the People App? Strange one 'eh. Client support made some concerned noises but that doesn't solve my problem. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.😐👎

Nothing wrong withtheold app, the new version I'm unable to access my data, nothing wrong with entering a password, now you have to enter a six digit number,(otp) which I've tried on numerous attempts and numerous emails to try to sort it out, if it ain't broke leave it alone.

Has been really useful until the latest update.... Won't let me log in without getting a one time passcode which is sent to my work email... Only issue being, I work in a contact centre and am not allowed to take my phone to my computer and have no access to work emails other than when at my computer! Was so much better when all I needed was my password to log in.

They should have left the app as it was previously. I can't access my work information! The verification codes don't work & we should have been consulted prior to the change & our views taken into account! I want my App returning to the previous one! It's my phone & I should be given the choice!

Cannot access. Keeps telling me that doesn't recognise my email address and does not let me access or ask for a new password. Disappointed. I have tried to sort this out for a month. The reply to my email is rapid but doesn't solve the problem. Disappointing.

Since the update doesnt work at all. Then after uninstalling and reinstalling several times, it said its send a code. To my work email. Which, if i could access I would be in the office and therefore wouldn't need the app. And I needed to open it for an emergency. Typical.

Only getting version v3.9.1 for galaxy s9+? No version v4.0? Still no update for v4.0?, edit after contacting the developer response was very good and told me when my device was going to receive the latest version. Everything is now working fine.
