This app would be great if it worked properly it needs a serious overhaul in terms of bugs fixing as it crashes regularly and i also noticed i cannot test leads with 1.25 csa as there is no option for this size. Be great if this app be fixed as it would be really handy for those who still use pen/paper doing smaller amount of tests.

Attended pat course spent over £1000 on seaward equipment ,advised to use this app.started ok but now the app just keeps closing with (app not responding message ) Constantly crashes when inputing data on the app .no longer able to send test pass/fail info via email as app just closes. Looks like back to pen and paper.

Frequently crashes. Saves pass/fail, but not always result data, very hit & miss. Cannot create per-customer reports, only per UUT reports; useless to anyone testing a qty of items. Needs updating to 5th Edition. App may be free, but supporting H/W is far from it. Looked at PatGuard3; like this app it is unfit for purpose. What's more; not been touched in 8 years, yet licenses are £125 per year...shocking! You make great test kit, but your software is junk; pull your socks up!

App freezes frequently and when re-booted entered data is lost.. Needs some serious de-bugging to be used professionally. Also needs updating to 5th edition.

I've used the app for the first time today, and my first impression is that it's really nice and easy to use, and seems to do just about what I needed. I've a couple of queries with it ..... 1) If you do a test and record it, can you go back and 'edit' it when you realise that you've moved rooms in the building and forgot to update the 'location' part of the app. I have a 'television' that is showing in the kitchen, when it should be in the lounge, and I can't see a way to edit it. 2) When I go into 'customers' and can see their sites listed, but when you select a site, I expected it would show me any relevant tests or appliances for that site. But it doesn't. Am I doing something wrong here, or is it not supposed to do that ? Thanks

Seward advertise products that are not fit for purpose in which they are intended for use. I have purchased PAT 100 tester,Bluetooth printer and Android 10.1 tablet total cost £1300. The PAT mobile app crashes and misses out entered data, the printer freezes this is very frustrating and I feel I have been let down and ripped off. I spoke with Seward tech back in November and was told the app would be update at the beginning of the new year. If only I had looked at the reviews before hand

Works well for following the test procedure. Lacks: bulk export of results; edit the asset details (not been able to correct typos) and would be useful to have somewhere to note fuse ratings. Edit - Seward responded to my notes on bulk export, with a video link, this shows how to bulk export the results and have now fully added to our master file.of results. Have updated to 5 stars.

I have been using this app. For real jobs. When it works it is easy to use, has a few features needed but now seriously needs updating for edition 5. The bad news is that it crashes regularly. I wont be using it again until it has been updated. I guess the updating is at the back of the queue because it's a free app.

Downloaded today and run some trial entries over the last few hours. Overall the app has great potential but this version has too many bugs which make it crash during use loosing any input data. Seaward also urgently need to update the app iaw CoP 5th edition to make it worthy of download for professional use.
