MODES This version features a choice of two difficulty modes. ・Normal Mode - (Unlimited continues) The continue screen is displayed whenever Mega Man dies. There are also fewer checkpoints within stages. OPTIONS (The following settings can be adjusted in-game.) ・Sound - Increase the number to raise the volume. ・Vibration - Set to "On" to have your device vibrate when Mega Man takes damage. (Default setting: On) Note: This option will not be displayed on devices with no vibration function. ・Attack - Auto: Hold the attack button for rapid-fire Mega Buster shots. Manual: Each press of the attack button fires one Mega Buster shot. Tap repeatedly for rapid-fire shots.(Default setting: Auto) ・Speed - Choose between Normal and High to adjust gameplay speed. ・Key Config - Change position of the in-game attack button and jump button. GAMEPLAY TIPS Search Elec Man’s stage for the Magnet Beam, which lets you place platforms wherever you like! I'm not sure how anyone thinks this is like the original. The framerate is completely broken in this version. It doesnt feel smooth. Yet, if an NES emulator and rom is downloaded, it runs perfectly, so theres no excuse to not get the official version right. What I don't understand is how someone st Capcom played this and decided "It's good. Load it onto the Google Play Store." It sucks.

I like it but things like climbing ladders are a bit difficult. Controls take getting used to especially for us 80s kids used to a controller. On the other hand perfect graphics it looks just like the original except the score. Let's you pick your controls and added challenges. Save points if u want. For younger audiences I think this is a nice intro to a classic. If your a retro gamer, be patient, practice is needed to master the touch controls.

So I never played Megaman before, but love this. It was hard to learn the controls on a phone with big thumbs, but a big tablet works fine. You have to find the right controller, but you only need to move, jump and fire. I can tap for the menu. I see people hating about frame rate and what not, but they didn't do fine tuning on the game. Most old games I rebuy are only a little better than when I first played them. Sorry they're not making a million part remake of megaman.. Please don't do that.

Well, they certainly modified this game for mobile use, for sure. However, the whole game is just a slugfest. Seriously, why is everything running at like 5 frames per second? This game came out in 1987, yet it's running so slow on modern smartphones that are capable of providing high-end games when compared to the NES. I would like to know why these Mega Man games on mobile runs really poorly. Why not update them to run at their original speed at 60fps? Fyi, not even turbo mode helps out.

Even though the controles are difficult it still plays like megaman. MM 1 may not be the best in the original series but thanks to this app it's extremly replay able. there's difficult settings, speed settings, and the 8 bit music is just as epic. I deffinitly would recomend it to thouse who whant to start the series but don't have a home video consle.

No lie, controls can take some gettingused to, but there are added features to offset the finiky touchscreen controls which are increadible helpful. This is Megaman at its portable best. Its able to be played offline and for the price, in my opinion, is worth the chance to relive childhood gaming experience.

The first time I got a megaman game was my legacy collection 1 for my xbox one. Now it was well done but ut didnt have that feeling of playing it on an nes. Now when i saw it was $2 on the playstore i really couldnt resist. I put together a homemade guide, bought it, and started playing. I beat it. Bow not many people can say i beat megaman 1 on hard mode. But i love it. Its simple, fun, and challenging. I was so ecstatic that i bought the rest. This must have for your phone is Highly recommend.

While I love Mega Man, the horrendous controls make if very difficult to play. More difficult than it should be. Still a fun way to play mega Man until the Wily fight. Then it is unforgiving. It took me an hour or two straight of just repeating the Wily fight to finally get him.

Well what i can say this is remake from megaman orginal. The problem is the control still need fix. Not realy precise. Btw i got bug when i want to open my achievements. Its make force closed my game

The controls are awful. Must be way too precise with the touch d-pad. The frame rate is also really bad. I'm not sure why the framerate looks so choppy. I've emulated this game on mobile devices and there is no issue.
