Can't login with same username password as website and when creating account freezes up on validating :(

Can't log in. Recover password doesn't work. I assume username is same as website: first initial of first name followed by complete last name, no spaces.???

Really wish there was an option to retrieve my username. I use the same name for everything but yet I can't figure out what I used for this! I probably can't even remember my password either.
