Think 10 times before buying Park+ FasTag because 1.‘Get FasTag effectively at ₹1’ is a gimmick: The customer can NOT use preloaded balance of ₹99 2. NHAI has removed the requirement for maintaining a minimum balance in the FasTag, but Park+ (Issued by IDFC First Bank) forces to maintain ₹99 else the FasTag is ‘Blacklisted’ 3. No means to call and have a talk! They revert within 8 hrs to email only to buy more time 4. Park+ offers cashback with HDFC Cards but doesn't accept HDFC Diners Cards

I recharged my fastag through this app, the money got deducted from my account but the recharge failed. It happened twice. The money is yet to get credited to my account, may be a few days more. So a reliable application.

Simply worst. I am not able to add my vehicle and the ticket for the same is open for more than 2 weeks but nobody is bothering to respond. I have made multiple top ups but still no response. Ticket No #48338 Update: After I escalated it here, they resolved it with 2 days. Appreciated! Hence updating my rating to 5 stars.

Fraud app, do not use their service. They do not refund money if you need to cancel their service in between. I had taken car wash service, and when subscription was stopped due to bad service. Then did not refund the remaining amount.

Best app ever. Used multiple other options for Fastag but this one is best. Support team is with good knowledge and very quick. Thanks park+ for solving multiple problem with on tag.

App concept is good. But poor execution. App is launched without testing. As simple as camera feature doesn't work. I ordered fasttag which took 10 days to get. After that not able to activate also.

Seems to be a scam...zero customer service.... I bought a new fast tag and the guy I bought it from asked me to install this app for recharge and checking balance...I paid 500 for the fast tag and got a balance of 99 the ln to check I recharged with 500....after recharge it did show that there was balance in the fast tagg...after 24 hrs randomly when I checked th balance it was back to 99...have been writing to them since 4 days regarding the issue however no response....worst service ever...

My sector has made park+ tags mandatory. I can't register your tag because your APP IS NOT OPENING. Servers overwhelmed error coming since 2 months. Ridiculous.
