This was an excellent app until the end of last week, when suddenly it won't let me check or even see any of the updates pushed out by my daughter's pre-school. I can't see photos, updates, or click on older items received prior to the update. It seems the latest update to fix one thing may have broken something else. *Update - glad to see that the issues are resolved and the app is back to functionality!

The app really consider the needs of the child, nursery school and parent. t's great to understand what my child has done during the day to further engage with them on different topics and areas of interest. I also have all details of assessments and where she might need additional support. This has been especially important in the past year.

June update has caused errors. Now cannot log in. Everything was running fine on Pixel 3 XL. Now upon log in it just says "error occured" and that's it. Fantastic. Why break it guys? Quite distressing as I'd become reliant on it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No success. "Error Occured". EDIT: Fixed the issue above which was not a fault of the app but the provider they use to host their service. The app is working again - thanks.

Love the app! Really good way of getting updates on our little one throughout the day. My only improvements/critiques would be that, when you try to download images, they seem to download twice? And I find it difficult to navigate around the messages section to the nursery. But other than that, brilliant app!

The pictures 📷are downloaded twice when tried to from the app. Sometimes new observations aren't shown up at top of activities, I had to scroll through the activities to find new updates. The comments section works fine. Payments sections are fine. The app is good to see the activities and and meals and any developments. The app can be used to communicate with practitioners instead emails or telephone ☎️calls.

Update : With recent version the app looks more stable and less login issues. Still one small issue i see is the notifications are not bundled. If you several notifications from app and click on one the other notifications still there. it is easy and wonderful most of the time when it works. Sometimes the app startup us painfully slow and sometimes it suddenly remove fingerprint authentication and asks to enter password. It also don't allow to download the pics of your kid uploaded by nursery.

Great to keep updated with our little loved ones, Busy Bees at Manderston Close Dudley is a fantastic place. All the staff are wonderful, professional, genuinely caring, meal menu is varied and healthy, every time we collect our little girl from the nursery she always has a smile on her face, shows she is happy and well cared for by everyone. App was always funny with updates not showing for a few days, BUT NOW ITS STOPPED WORKING ALL TOGETHER. Sends notifications but when you open app no update is there. I even look on gallery and child's profile etc completely blank. So I updated phone with all software updates. STILL DIDNT WORK. I then deleted app and reinstalled. IT WONT EVEN LET ME LOG IN saying ERRROR OCCURED. I tried the reset password option though I know my password AND it did nothing when clicked. Will this all be fixed?

Great idea and good when it works, but I only get a few observations each day (it changes each day whether it's about nappies, naps or food) despite my nursery saying they are filling it out their end. I'm running the latest version of the app. Update: I emailed the feedback email over a week ago but haven't had a response

Wasn't updating, now removed and redownloaded and every time I log in, it says error occurred. Shocking app with no thought process for the user's needs at all. Riddled with errors!!! I still can't log in despite entering the correct password. Same issue with my wife's account too. Faults on your part!
