    Ab workouts don't have a great reputation to begin with. I live the 3 levels and the time factor. Lastly, I love the results you see after at least doing all three levels. Its challenging but doable for almost anyone. My favorite workout app by far. Oh did I mention you can view how to properly do the workout prior to doing the workout?

    Honestly, this is simple and easy. You are able to choose your level of fitness and it caters to you. It tracks all your progress on a calender and you can add in your weight and waist line if you are into that. The best part is that the app is that it also gives you rest days. It does not discourage you, instead it encourages me personally because if I miss a few days I can either pick up from where I left off or start from the beginning! No judgements!

    It is a great app beacuse the ads are very limited and really less.....it worked great and its probably one of the best free apps i could find for workouts. Its simple and easy to understand and they give voice tips and a video to show how the excercises are done for better understanding. Its very successfull if you want to lose weight.     This app is really good. I installed this app in June and started doing the exercises and nearly after one month I saw some success and continued using this app. The voice guide and tips are helpful. You can also choose your preferred language if you want. There are ads but we can skip them after some seconds. And the app keeps a record of your workouts and also your height, weight, waistline etc. Also there are other different types of workouts you want like pain relief or full body stretch.

    Really love this app, particularly useful while in lockdown as it includes not just a workout schedule but also additional workouts to pick from (not all core related). Ads really aren't very in-your-face and are very easy to work around. Only note would be that the workout schedule isn't particularly challenging if you're used to core workouts but because of all the additional workouts available it's very easy to supplement!!

    I have given 3 stars by confusion. I am one of the great fans of leap fitness group also. This app shows that I burnt 503 local in 24 minutes of "low belly fat advanced" workouts. I was happy. But some comments said that there is some problem in counting calories in this app. Is it true or not?????? I want to know it for sure bcoz I am using 4 apps of urs at a time to lose some weight n counting calories. I hope u answer me soon.

    Very good app! I love how it includes rest days, and how you can sync with Google Fit. I feel like I personally can stay more committed with this app because of the schedule it provides, whereas others you just kind of have to figure it out yourself, and as a beginnerlike myself that can get confusing. I also really enjoy how the exercises aren't the exact same every day so you dont have to worry about getting bored or losing interest! Also no equipment needed! Yay!

    Really motivational. Easy to use. I love the 30 second recoup. You can make your own fitness plans too. Be careful to choose the right level from the three on offer and don't do what I did choosing and attempting the advanced level directly, although I feel I'm doing okay. The words of encouragement are helpful and you mix it with your own music too. Awesome free app.

    Really enjoying this app. I choose the basic as I'm older and not in my Peak of fitness. But even the basic makes you work and you can really feel the muscles working. I love the little hints it's feels like someone is in the room with you. The only things I would change - choosing rest days when I want them. And some workout music. But thanks really enjoying it

    I often leave my workout after a week or so but this app truly motivated me to be consistent for a month! They have a variety of exercises which keep you from getting bored and a daily reminder for exercise time. Along with a proper diet, I managed to lose a kg in a week! Only thing I wanted to do was have an option to substitute some exercises, for example I can't do push ups so I wanted them to directly be substitutes during the training..

    Very good app I like the structure of it. The only two things I would like to make a note on is the ads, but also the number of calories burnt in each workout, as they aren't accurate. It told me a burnt 200 calories, but I checked on another exercise app and it told me I only burnt 50. Other than that it's a pretty decent app.

    I am going through the beginning workout now. Really like how it gives you a timer or a number of reps for each one, you check when you are done. If you are not sure how to do a certain exercise there are nice descriptions, and videos if you need more help after that. Each exercise is only like 30 sec, so you keep motived and moving. Felt it after one workout ☺️ Whole workout is only about 17-20 minutes, which is great having 3 young kids.

    Amazing Home Fitness App! I have tried so many belly weights lose, but this one so far is the best. Though it has Ads, you can just close it after a few seconds. The excercises are very straightforward and easy to follow with the voice control including the timing. It also has animated clips show you how the moves that we should follow.     This app is great, simple and does the trick. I'm not as cut as I hoped, but yes! I am in much better shape than 30days ago! Three levels to choose from (I did intermediate and skipped breaks between exercises as one user suggested) A bit of cardio a lot of abs, reminders and it tracks your days - exactly what i needed. I took a few days off at a time sometimes -- I bet if you stick with it on their schedule your results would be really great. Woo hoo! Starting on my second month tomorrow!

    This is absolutely awesome. It's my 14th day of consistent workout on the intermediate level and I have seen tremendous improvement. Waistline dropped from 39in to 36in.     This app is easy to use and I can see progress already. I am so happy I decided to give it a go. I have had it for over a year but only just started using it 2 weeks ago and I feel the difference in my weight and tummy already. Although I have done 13 days stretch with only 1 day rest. Unsure if it would work as much with 1 day rest after 3days work out. I still strongly recommend it.

    I'm not going to say that this app magically makes your body look amazing in 30 days as I doubt that's really achievable unless you're practically there already and on a strict diet, but it's a very good app to motivate you to spend some minutes each day to exercise. Daily program (beginner at least) takes me around 15 minutes so it's not time consuming at all. The app guides you through the program every day in detail with a voice guiding you, making it much easier to not give up mid way.

    The app is amazing, what I like a lot that there are videos showing you the moves if you don't know how to do it. Another big plus in the app are the small programs like the morning warm up and the night relaxation program. Very much recommended. I was going to give it 5 stars, just I gave 4 as I wished there is an option where I can add the extra exercises I'm doing in the progress and report section, also it would be great to see in the report the exercises per day.

    This is an honest review I used this app on and off for one and a half months though I used it consistently on the last days and lost 3inches from my belly and 5kgs too but let me tell you that this app alone can't do it.     I'm a little disappointed with this app. I started on beginner and now am a week away from finishing advanced. So 3 months in and I have only lost 3-4lbs as it's been fluctuating. Ive even been eating somewhat healthier. I gave it 3 stars because I dont love it but I cant say I hate it either. It's made me work hard but I'm not seeing results.

    This app is just like i wanted. I can't always set the timer and then do exercise. And this app exacly does that. It gives you instruction. Sets timer. Counts down and give you updates like 10 sec left or 5. It's really motivating because some of the exercises for me were hard and i couldn't do them for long. As it gave me instructions like 10 sec left or 5..4..3..2..1 it really motivated me do for some longer. Highly recommend.

    I really love this app, it isn't too challenging as I had a lot of belly fat to start with. It builds up to be more challenging each 4 days and you can easily skip ones that you cannot do, i can't do mountain climbers as ut hurts my knees and back so I skip passed that one. I noticed a different quite quickly! I do a C25K on the treadmill and finish off with this.

    I needed a motivation and I got it. I like the app reminders and has become a routine for me. I finished the beginner level but going through the last five days again before jumping into intermediate. I lost about 2 lbs and one inch of waist but I can do better if I eat less!! The routine definitely works out a sweat and if you don't exercise it is better than nothing so don't complain too much about the app. They have done a great job. I do have a planet fitness membership but .... and have a stationary bike which is great and since I put my jeans on the bike it has lost three sizes so far and becoming smaller daily. Nice App, try it and enjoy it.

    As of mine, I saw the results within one and a half month. I know I would have a better result if I also did a diet plan but I didn't. So I just did workout without diet. But I could tell my core muscles really improved. I could get up on the bed only with the use of my core strength (I used to always have my hands to help myself get up). Getting up was easier and no sweat at all. I feel energetic too.

    I LOVE THIS APP!!!!!! I alway have a problem with staying motivated or remembering, but I love to work out. This app helps with remembering because it send you reminders.     This isa very good app. The exercises are perfectly timed with provision for rest in between. You can skip or take rest and extended your rest time based on your capacity. The Audio and visual are very well incorporated. It shows the next exercise when you are resting and has option to see detailed video. Overall a very good experience using this app. The one suggestion i have is the preview of next exercise is shown as a very small image but the add is shown in a big space above.

    Neutral. 3 stars for this app makes a great impact on me, I finished the Beginner & Intermediate plan and now in the middle of Advance plan. I lost 10 kg in 2 months. Turned from overweight to healthy weight. 2 blank stars is for this app will restart the progress whenever you let another app working and left this app in the background. You will lose entire progress for picking up a call, and reset the approximated calories burns. Super sucks.

    I've used this app several times. I'm really happy with the app.if you really want to lose the belly fat. Do the belly training as the app says also include other HIIT trainings related to your need. This will really help you to lose belly fat. I've seen the difference many yimes but as I'm quite lazy sometimes I skip and now I'm here to continue perfectly. I'm currently on advanced level and perform also HIIT Killer core workouts along with Butt workouts. You will definitely see the difference.

    I cant reccomend this app enough! I used to hate working out but over quarantine I downloaded this app to work on my abs. I began using this app in May and paired it with another glute workout app. I started at 140 lbs and my current weight is 118. I didnt dramatically alter my diet either. I workout every morning as soon as I wake up. The workouts are doable enough to motivate you to do them everyday!

    ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I've been using this app for a week but I reeeaaalllyy loved it, it starts slowly one by one and little by little increase the Exsersiz without putting pressure on the muscles, plus if you don't work out for a few days for any reason it doesn't erase your progress and can resume where you left, also i like it that you can watch actual trainers on how to do the exsersize.

My face became very slim and my thighs also reduced a lot. After 25 days i felt difference in my upper belly. I stopped it for a while now and again gonna start doing it.     I enjoy using this app. The workouts are good. I like the voice prompt too. Can you please nake it possible to reduce the time interval between excersises. I think 30 seconds is too long a time to wait in between excersises. Apart from that it is a great app.

    Great app! And though there are ads, but at least it's free! They tell you how to do the workout and even the video. There's next, add rest timing, even pause button. After each workout has rest period, so workout also with timing, and the apps has timer.

    Thos app is great! After the first few excercises, I already felt skinnier! I loce how after each excercise it gives you 20 seconds to rest, unlike other apps where they go right in to the next excercise, it also gives you a button to add 20 more seconds if you need it! It's also very fun!

    This work out is brilliant tbh I've been a couch potato for years but as a student I substituted actual exercise for PE(gym class) and although I am perfectly fine body wise I want to tighten my core muscles and I can do this workout for 15 mins each day and feel it's working. Ik many are sceptical of the calorie counter I was too but look it up using the exercises that the app does it is "easy to burn over 150 or more calories in 15 minutes" according to Google. Definitely recommend for anyone

    Great app! I would love the option to set my rest days, instead of the default days the app suggest. It messes up my my progress when I stick to my rest day schedule and it's not a rest day on the app. Also is it possible it could be sync to a Fitbit and not just Google Fit?

Very easy to use and great choice to opt in or out of the voice commands ( and choosing your preferred accent). The daily reminders are great motivation to continue as well. I love that it increases the difficulty as you progress, compared to other workout routines that are exactly the same day one as they are day 10 20 and 30. If i could pay $2 or $4 i would to get rid of all the ads.. had to switch phones and lost all my data, you need to create a way to back up data. was really disappointed (backup on Google drive).     Excellent app for trimming down/ losing fat. Choose the level of intensity. And it's fun to use. I love the reminder everyday that it's time to exercise because it makes working out a daily habit! Since starting, I can tell I'm much stronger, my posture has improved, AND I'm actually seeing physical results which is crazy to me - I have definition in my midsection and am smoothing out my love handles that I've had forever!! The workouts are easy to understand, and I like that you can skip through the rest periods. Just stay consistent and don't give up!

    MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH BEFORE USING THIS APP. I did 5 days of this app on beginner level. There is only stretching at the end of the exercises. I made sure to have my rest day but one day I went to pick something up and got a herniated disk in my lower back. I'm only 24 and have never experienced this. I'm also not super overweight under 180 pounds. I'm not sure I will continue as now I have to see a chiropractor and cant exercise at all the next few days. Thanks alot!

The option is to design your own sessions but the list of exercises doesn't have any order and it's difficult to find the exercises you want. It takes too long to design a new session.     Well,I finished all 30 days of the advanced, so I am here to tell you results. Look, my abs didn't get to show at all, but I did definitely lose some fat, not only in the stomach, but in other parts of my body too. Just one complaint. The calories shown at the end of the workout are completely unrealistic. For example, the sleepy time stretch is shown to be 150 calories, when it is actually 8 based on medical websites i found online. Pls fix it bc we need to know the calories we burn correctly.

You can select between three levels depending on your current fitness level and work your way through.     Amazing. I'm dropping weight so far and I love that the exercises aren't videos, it's far easier just showing the exercise and timing it. All these people saying that they didn't lose any weight after doing a 30 day challenge probably don't realise that getting abs is 80% diet, 20% exercise. Of course you aren't getting results if all you eat is junk. Exercising doesn't fix that.

    It's really good! I can play music in the background while using this and still able to hear the countdowns and notes. It's also great that it allots rest days to keep you from doing too much. My only concern is the calorie count. As a slightly obese person I really need to keep track of the calories I burn so I could also keep my food in check. While I did lose some weight for the pass few days, I'm pretty sure that I didn't burn over 400kcals in a 15 minute workout.

I love that you can walk away from it & then come back and it's still in the exact same day.     I found this app very helpful and the workouts are great. There are videos that explain how the workout is supposed to be done and why it works. DO NOT FOLLOW THE DIETING ADVICE!! They have tips that tell you to basically starve your body. For example, one of the tips is to sniff your food so they your body THINKS it's eating thus making you FEEL full. This actually leads to your body panicking and storing as much fat as possible when it gets the chance, making weight loss even more difficult.

    Brilliant...you can go at your own pace to a certain extent. Different levels with tips for making certain exercises easier or harder. The best thing is that it works over backdrop music from Spotify so I can play relaxing music for stretching before bed but motivational music for a more intense workout! I can definitely feel that my muscles have been working even though I'm only a few days in. Although there are ads they are just at the start and end of a workout and they don't interrupt it.

I put on weight during lockdown but I don't go to the gym or like running. This was a great app to keep me on track. The sessions don't take too long so I squeeze them in before work, on lunch or after work. I really like the extra tips given while you're doing the exercise. The little ping after every exercise makes me smile. Will keep at it!

    I love this app. My fiance had a physical trainer and he basically did the same moves and it cost a small fortune. Needless to say we no longer use the trainer and instead we use this app and create other workouts after we finish a day workout routine. I love this app, my abs were burning and I almost couldnt finish but I pushed myself. :D I am excited to finish the 30days

    Love this app, this app is like having your personal trainer with you at all times. Probably one of the only serious and 30 days of different exercises for free. Perfect for beginners or advanced, you can do all the exercises at home or complement it with other exercises at your gym. Check out their other apps as well, highly recommended.     I've been using this everyday for a week so far and have been loving the motivation and quick workout plans that it helps guide me through. Minimal ads that are only at the opening of the app and right after a workout. Recommended it to a couple friends as well. Will continue to use and see how it goes. So far so good!

    Really been impressed with the interaction and experience. Personally it's making a real difference and I have been delighted by the results. As someone who has a busy life with work and 3 children i just dont have the time to go to a gym. However this breaks it down into manageable, achievable daily sessions which I am really enjoying.

    This app is great! There are different levels for if you're first starting out, and if you want your workout to be a little more intense. It keeps track of your days, and has different workouts for each day. It gives you chances to skip a break if you don't need it, or if you need a little more rest, you can add a little more time. It also tells how you should properly do the workouts and how many times/how long you should do them for. And, the best part, it's completely free!

    This app is really, actually free! I am on day 3. I absolutely love this app! So many different workouts to choose from! Even though I'm only on day 3, I can feel the difference already. The workouts aren't too difficult, but certainly can be, if that's what you're looking for. It also syncs with my other apps, so my workouts are recorded there as well. So far, I give this app a 10 out of 10!

    I love that this app walks you through the workout each day. Select your level and reminders. Follow the steps and it times you, give you clear directions with graphics. If you want to do more, there is a discover section where you can select a workout for different parts of your body. These all have clear instructions through each workout as well. Track your weight, and waistline each day after workout and it calculates BMI.
