    This app is really, actually free! I am on day 3. I absolutely love this app! So many different workouts to choose from! Even though I'm only on day 3, I can feel the difference already. The workouts aren't too difficult, but certainly can be, if that's what you're looking for. It also syncs with my other apps, so my workouts are recorded there as well. So far, I give this app a 10 out of 10!

    Highly recommend this app! I haven't worked out in quite some time, so I started this app in March to try to strengthen my core. Since starting, I can tell I'm much stronger, my posture has improved, AND I'm actually seeing physical results which is crazy to me - I have definition in my midsection and am smoothing out my love handles that I've had forever!! The workouts are easy to understand, and I like that you can skip through the rest periods. Just stay consistent and don't give up!

    I love this app, I've lost so mutch useing it. There are some adds. The one thing I would like to add to this app is, i wish there was a way to witch out individual exercises for another. Although I love the workout plan some of the exercises strain my body too much. I am unable to do them and so I end up just skipping them. I feel I'm not getting the full experience by doing this.

    This app works!! I've already noticed a visible difference after one month! I love that it increases the difficulty as you progress, compared to other workout routines that are exactly the same day one as they are day 10 20 and 30. I didnt use to be able to hold a plank more than 20 seconds, now I'm on 40 seconds! Cannot wait to see my progress 3 monthes down the road!

    This app helped in changing my life. This year I quit bad habits and took up working out for the first time. This app makes it easy to do and I love the coaching tips and the ability to track my progress. I managed to lose 20lbs so far and between these workouts and my regular cardio and look forward to losing 20 more. Ads are annoying but not excessive.

    Overall the app is great and easy to follow. 3 stars because of all the ads, the over abundance of ads. If i could pay $2 or $4 i would to get rid of all the ads.. had to switch phones and lost all my data, you need to create a way to back up data. was really disappointed (backup on Google drive). Also the ads cut off some of the talking.. terrible

    Finished intermediate exercises, and could see an improvement in strength and reduction of my belly fat. I'm happy and thankful for this. But then I moved to advanced exercises and it got easier? Huh? I think something is wrong with the workout progression from intermediate to advanced. Also if I burned an average of 800 calories everyday like the app says, I would probably be nothing but a skeleton by now. My food intake hasn't increased much, if at all. Very misleading.

    I love this app. My fiance had a physical trainer and he basically did the same moves and it cost a small fortune. Needless to say we no longer use the trainer and instead we use this app and create other workouts after we finish a day workout routine. I love this app, my abs were burning and I almost couldnt finish but I pushed myself. :D I am excited to finish the 30days

    This one's too hard for me I had four kids tho! So.. My preferred/desired weight that I want to hit, Being: 130lbs ...my stomach fat that I want to get rid of is much harder for me @ 32 years old & the workouts are just a little too much for me but I'm sure it would be very easy fun and useful too younger ladies (PS: Plus I have a 6 mth old BABY, that's COMPLETELY ATTACHED TO MY HIP & 4 yr old Boy that Acts like He's 2 yrs Old Doesn't Help AT ALL!)

    Very good app. One can choose from many set of exercises. During the exercises there are tips and there is examples to see how to do them correctly. What is missing is the possibility to create a list of favourite exercises and create more than one of own set of exercises (e.g. if one is not able/fit to do some exercises in the existing sets and wants to create its own more than one set of exercises).

    This app is pretty awesome especially for being free. I love that it gives you days to take a break. I love that you can be at any level and do this workout with relative ease. I love that you can walk away from it & then come back and it's still in the exact same day. You can restart it or you can do other workouts from it and it keeps track of the days that you actually did the work out so you're not fooling yourself by recalling information that might not be totally true. I recommend this app

    It's a very well designed app. The instructions are clear and exercise routines are mixed up to keep it interesting. Also, it syncs with Google Fit to add to your daily activity. I've almost completed the 30 days as beginner and honestly, visually I can't see much difference but my muscles do feel stronger after each workout. Moving onto the next intermediate level which will hopefully deliver a little more!

    Brilliant app. Gives you good breaks between exercises so you don't feel rushed and can get in to the right position for the next exercise safely. Gives good advice and tips. It also has good yoga positions at the end of the workout which help to stretch out any strained muscles. Would definitely recommend it.

    I have had this app for 3 days now, I can't say that I'm seeing anything obvious as it's too early but I can feel it, I can feel my muscles burning when I do the workout. I am doing the beginner one at the moment but after 30 days I will go onto the next level. After having 4 children I want to tone up and feel confident in myself. It's a great workout and I'm loving it at the moment, can't wait to see the finished results

    Great app that gives you 3 programs of 30 day workouts from beginner to advance. So you get 90 days to follow. This is great for beginners that needs to get an idea on what ab workouts to do. Easy to follow daily and you can go at your own pace. I incorporated this with a healthy diet and extra workouts. I haven't reached my goal belly but this is a good kickstarter and for gaining strength. Would recommend this app :)

    Wonderful App, I am following from 4 days..but really feeling better. My back pain have gone by doing lower back pain relief Exercise. Really awsome app. I can do exercise energetically along with this app within time. Exercises are not so intense cause I don't feel tired after doing exercise nor lose interest.     The app is very nice. It is free and the workouts are just as per your requirements. If you are a beginner easy workouts will be assigned to you. There are three levels begginer intermediate and advanced so it becomes much easier. Also you can set a timer for your workout to remind you to start your workout.

    It was great because it gives you 30 seconds to rest in between each exercise. When you want to quit, it encourages you to finish what you've started like an exercise buddy would do! When you complete 30 days you will be amazed you did it all in the alotted time ie. it's a gradual increase in the completion of the Plank.

    It has a variety of moves. The explanations during the exercise are really helpful, for example, the voice suggests if it is too hard bend your kness a little bit or something like that. There is just one thing. I personally prefer to finish up the moves related to leg and then start doing the moves related to belly and so on.

    This app is good. I like how it offers different exercises everyday because doing the same exercises everyday can be boring. The plans are great..you can chose how intense you want the workouts to be..its been only a few days having it and I dnt see any problem whatsoever. I used this app for atleast two months but instead of loosing weight i rather gained it ......I also followed the tips but they didn't helped in any way to loose weight....plus I also had back pain But I must say that the stretching exercises are rather good......I have done most of them and after doing these stretching exercises I feel very good and refreshed......

    It is a great app for keeping yourself fit. It has all the sessions pre-planned depending on your goal. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but i gave four, because the app doesn't have music, and after some time, working out becomes boring. Otherwise, its the perfect app for all!

    Ok so I don't mind this app it has helped me get a bit fitter but I'm almost finished the 30 day work out and I haven't lost anything. But I have to say I went form only being able to do a 30 sec plank to a 1min plank so that's good. That's why it a 3 star.

    very helpful and easy to follow. It has voice coaching and timer, And the most I liked about it is the calendar itself showed to track down how many days in a week you exercise, they also give particular days to get sweat and a day to rest your muscle. At the end of the program it pop up how many calories did you burn and how many exercise you've done and tip on a healthy lifestyle. This is the most detailed belly workout for me.

    I've tried other fitness apps but always come back to this one! It's simple to use, keeps track of your progress and there are lots of exercise regimes to choose from. Plus it starts you off slowly and gradually gets harder! I'm day 17 and I love it! I can already see a difference and I certainly feel fitter and sleep well now!     Does it have ads yes. Is it quick and easy to get into, most definitely. Just finished the beginner 30days. Not very consistently but that's on me. I'm looking forward to trying the next level and being more diligent. In my opinion this app is well worth the try. It even has a link to a video that will show you how to do each exercise if you're not sure and never done it before.

    Makes exercise fun! Not being someone for exercise generally, I was feeling fed up with my size and shape. I'm very unfit, dislike sport and have joint problems but this app has kept me focused and I actually look forward to my daily workout.     This is a great app!! They have various kind of exercise,not JUST for belly,but also for arms,booty,legs,even face! There r also HIIT exercise,TABATA exercise n different kinds of stretching,such as morning stretch,b4 bed stretch n full body stretch. But i only give a 4 star bcuz there r a lot of ads which i dun rly like.

    Great app, easy to use, the trainings are short, so it's easy to keep them regular. I'm on week one with daily routine: morning stretching, beginners lose-belly-fat exercise and sleepy time stretch. Only need to sort my carbs now hehe The app lets you monitor your progress, and I especially like that it has the built-in timer and audio instructions which makes the exercises especially easy to follow. Would recommend.

    I love this app because for one it's free.they don't have no ads.they don't ask you to pay first hand.you have a account with them automatically.lets you set up what you are comfortable with. Lets you pick what you want to do free.     This app is great, it does the timings of each workout for you and counts you in and out of workouts too which makes it so much easier of you're working out by yourself. The workouts are so good too, good variation and you can really feel your body working! I'm on day 2 so can't say about results but my abs are sore so that's a good sign. Would definitely recommend!

    I really like this app. I gave it 4 stars because it is riddled with ads but theyre really not too bad. What i love about this app that i havent gotten in other similar apps is that ach workout (at least for the beginner ones) uses a great combination of cardio, ab work and yoga. It breaks exercercises down into small, easy chunks and doesnt time you when you are doing reps (which i appreciate), and gives you plenty of time to rest and easily lets you add or skip rest time in the moment.

    I like half time & 10 sec audible count downs which allows me to concentrate solely on performing the move correctly. This audible also works over the workout music from my phone, not interrupting the flow of my workout; very nice! The advanced workout was a little much to start but I pushed through and am feeling a difference already in the strength of my core. There is a space to rest between each move, which can be extended if necessary, and each move can be paused with an instructional.

    Well, I finished all 30 days of the advanced, so I am here to tell you results. Look, my abs didn't get to show, but I did definitely loose a LOT of fat, not only in the abs, but in other parts of my body too. I suggest you combine the HIIT (High Intense Inner Training) which can help you loose belly fat quicker.(you can find it at "discover") I used to be 58 kg, but now I am 54.2!Though, if I want abs, I will have to wait for one more month. Without healthy eating, it is as if you did nothing.

    I am not losing weight per say but I am definitely toning my problem areas. It's been two weeks and I plan to keep going long after the 30 day challenge. Doing this program gives me energy, helps me sleep better, and boosts my confidence. I can also tell I am stronger for it. I can now pick up my 45 lbs kids with ease and I'm 120.00 lbs.     This app is very helpful and get me into shape in just 4/5 days. But now-a-days whenever I finish my exercise I get cramp on hands, waist sometimes legs and neck.I think this can be because of lack of some nutritions, proteins or something else. Just a request please incude a healthy diet chart for each day so that we can follow that and don't face problems like this. Other wise this app is very very helpful. It does help to loose weight and get you in shape. Thanks.

    I'm pretty much satisfied with my workout and results... Great app for a fit belly 😊. I have a suggestion to add, if you give tips to what to avoid and what to add (especially diet tips) along with workout would be great.

    The app is really helpful. Ads are only about 5 seconds and dont interrupt the workout. I like thay its easy to do at home, and helps build muscle as well as lose weight. You do have to pair it with better eating habits on your own back to see real results. I also reccomend taking a relaxed 30min to an hours walk after or before your workout though as that really helps boost what the app intends to help with 🖤

    I like this app because it keeps me motivated to get healthier with exercises i can do. The only thing iffy about it is that one beginner workout takes me around 15-25 minutes and says i have burned 300-400 calories. That is A LOT of calories for such easy exercises, in that short time! I hope it doesn't lie about that... Accurate or not, i know i am doing SOME exercise for my health so eventually i will lose weight...i hope

    I just searched some weight loss app or saw and of this app, can't remember, but found this app amazing. I love every feature of it. Best part of it is personal coach. The app uses Google's Text to speech engine so in every exercise it tells instructions. It has plans for exercising, different sets and customizable plan for self. Another best thing is animations for every exercise. You can learn to do via watching animations or videos for all exercises. And it syncs to Google Fit too. ❤️

    I love this app! They literally have short videos of people teaching one how to do the exercises, which is extremely helpful in case one forgets the correct movement.     I'm seeing results on my stomache...I've lost 13 pounds and I'm on day 15 of the intermediate abs. This app really works ,And there is no need for dieting. The daily tips are VERY helpful.This app has changed my life and I hope it changes yours too!! Don't skip days in the workout cause then you wont see results as quick. My abs burn every day but not unbearably bad AT ALL!!! 100% recommend this app I give this a 10/10

    I love this little workout, it's really keeping me interested. The exercises are fun and short, but I can really feel them working. There's a break between every exercise too, and I usually use mine to see to the kids...it's only 20 or 30 seconds I think, but it's just enough time to give them that little bit of attention before the next exercise so they don't mind me doing it.

    It really wasn't a 30 day "challenge". It was the same exercises repeated every few days, reps weren't increased. There were some physical changes after the 30 days, but very few exercises were geared towards what they claim "lose belly fat"...

    I'm on day two and I absolutely love this app! I can't believe it's free but it's putting me into a good habit of working out and getting me back into shape. The "congratulations" at the end of every workout always makes me feel amazing. There is also a variety of exercises to choose from, but I do wish there was more direction to help you decide which combinations of them would help you best.

    I have been using this app for quite a long time maybe but I can say it has help me in many ways like I m a student I really don't have the time to go to gym so it actually notices you whatever time suits your schedule. Actually it have specific exercise according to your requirements rather then trying thousands of exercises type, you can just follow one which satisfies your requirements. Overall I really found this app really helpful.

    Very easy to navigate, exercises are not too difficult, really allows you to go at your pace. The timer is loud and there's a voice talking out each exercise, so you can use this by leaving it on a table or counter or floor and not have to touch it your whole workout. Most workouts last 15-20 minutes

    Has made a significant difference to my abs with much less time, pain and effort than I ever expected. After years of being embarrassed to go to exercise classes where I physically couldn't do half the exercises, I suddenly can do the plank for a minute, and I don't really feel like I worked hard enough to deserve it 😂. Now that I'm in the second half it's starting to get a bit longer and tougher but all I have to do is look in the mirror to know it's worth it. Can't wait to start intermediate.

    No stretches /warm ups before the daily exercises and way too much jumping for this to work with headphones. + A ton of ads, though at least they don't interrupt the daily workouts, and the actual routines are neither taxing nor, I'm predicting, probably very effective. If I don't feel a drop of sweat during a workout, it's probably not a very good one (and I'm out of shape). I'll finish the 30 days but that's it. Robot voice us bad and notifications are broken (randomly stopped after 20 days).

    I love this app. It has tips on the movements to make sure they're in proper form. They have countdowns for your cardio and resting periods. If you want to really burn and do some HIIT you can skip the resting periods. This is great for home workouts. Especially during this pandemic

    Great app for dweebs like me who don't know how to naturally move their bodies thus need assistance. My fave part is that it talks to me in a soothing robot voice. My gurl Cartoon Character Personal Trainer and I have become real close buds during the days of quarantine. I named her Samantha. She is all I have in these dark times. She only says a few words but they cut deep. Anyways, the instuctions are clear and comprehensive and you get a good little morning grunt if you skip all the breaks.

    I really have enjoyed using this app while the gym is closed. I feel it has great exercises that target areas you really want to work. Choose the level you feel most comfortable with, and work at you own pace. It's like having your own workout partner, but you only do what your limit is. Love it!

And the beginner level is very easy at first so u get the feel of whet u are doing and then later (not to scare u) the beginner workouts start to get better as in more ab burning kind of feel. :D

    Its an amazing appsl and it really helps me to stay in fit.BUT My big problem is the calories...I started that 30day program for beginers day 1-10 said that I burned like 150-264 like Calories but now that im in day 12-19 they show me that I lose only like 30-65 calories...I don't know what to believe please fix this

I like how they rotate them where i dont get tired and use to them. I like how i can ajust from easy to hard. Which i had to do foud that they was was way to easy.     The excercise are good but I don't recommend the app for beginners like me who have done barely any workouts ....the app consists heavy workouts from day 1 like planks and push-ups which are hard for beginners ....forcing yourself without any practice can lead to muscle injuries that's why I am giving it 4 stars

    Awesome! Really helps you get into the process and if it's hard gives you power to do better! Listen to music is a recommendation. I haven't done it all I'm on day 7, not rlly seeing changes but feeling more active, and when I crench I can feel muscle but it still looks like a kangaroo on the outside lol.
