    Great so far! I'm only on day 3, but with this app, I'm more motivated to excercise because it gives you small workouts to start and buils up to bigger ones as you lose more fat. So I'm not dreading having to so a big workout. It also has 30 second breaks between each excercise so you can catch your breath, or you can skip the break if you're ready to go to the next excercise. I also like that it has a BMI calculator, and you can see how you're improving when you change the input.

    It has been great. Super easy to follow and they provide you some seconds to rest. I am loving it. I am on my 4th day. Let's see if I will be consistent hahah. But with only 3 days, I am feeling my abs super sore, so I think the program actually works. 🙃

    Like the app a lot! Super helpful and I love the coach tips and to hear the instruction. It's hard to keep eyes on your phone when you're moving. I do however wish when creating your own training plan you could choose between time or reps. All exercises are predetermined to be either timed or rep counted. You can only increase/decrease the default time or rep count. I like 1 minute intervals on each excercises but I cannot change that.

    Yes I feel better this morning for just doing the first sessions. My stomach muscles felt it n Im anxious to continue this program. I like the very small increments to start your programs and do it for 30 sec. Then increase as you go. You feel it, if you're out of shape lol. I can't wait to do it this morning
