    If you want to stay fit or loose belly fat this app helps a lot. You can dive right into the exercises or you can even customize it as you like. Plus they also give daily tips regarding diet which is really great. I find this much easier to follow than to search on my own in articles and videos and then deciding what to do. It makes the job very easy .

    Love this app! It doesn't take long to start noticing a difference ๐Ÿ‘ One suggestion I have though: can you please add more exercises to the custom workouts, especially for arms. I broke my toe last year which healed badly, it is now impossible/very painful for me to bend my toes in the way needed to do excercises such as planks, lunges, etc. So custom workouts are the only option for me.

    This App is simply amazing. I never imagined myself becoming so motivated doing sports. I first started last summer and never really stopped using it since. Programm, explainations, times, variety - I simply love the programm and it provides just the right balance. It's a challange, but always do-able. Combined with a Back-programm this has changed my fitness level, my body and even my mental strength. + just when I came to the end they added the new advanced challange! I totally reccomend this!

    Only on day 3 and there are some good strenuous exercises. Short duration, which is good for my sedentary lifestyle, helping me to ease into routines gradually. I prefer the automated version which I can take at my own pace. I'm certainly feeling the burn but determined to stick with it (I am 65 so don't judge me too harshly)!! Especially determined to make full 30 second of the plank and 10 seconds of flutter kicks - absolute killers but loving it!

    I have gotten great results from this program. I love that there are different levels of training as well. It's nice that it also allows you to workout at your own pace. My daughter and her friends have also gotten into it. The reminder also helps to encourage a person to continue with the program. I would recommend this app to anyone even if they just use it to get different ab workouts to incorporate into their own routines.

    Trying the belly fat app. I really enjoy it because it starts off so easy. Don't be afraid to just start at the beginner level. It gets slightly harder each day and gives you rest days too. They also demonstrate each exercise with a computer generated person and if you still can't see it, there's a video option where you can watch a real person demonstrate. I can't believe how much I genuinely enjoy this app, give it a shot!

    This is so motivating. On my 6th day and feel the effect in my lower abdomen. Always had problems reducing the baby pouch after having a C-section 15 yes ago and finally found a workout that is effective. Maybe not a good one to start with if you have not been working out previously. I have always done exercise and nothing worked for lower abs but this is very effective. Thank you so much.

    It's always worth remembering that you can't spot reduce fat however, I'm on day 12 and can see a great improvement in my legs and arms. I've lost just over an inch around my waist, 1 inch from my arms and approximately 1 inch from my mummy pouch area. I feel incredibly stronger than before and can now plank with ease, especially side planks which I really struggled with at the start. Fantastic combination of exercises and it's handy having the app tell you what each exercise targets.

    I really love this app, it is helping me lose weight without hurting myself. Suggestions/Questions: 1.) Is it possible to add cool down exercises? I've added riding my stationary bike to my exercise routine and I need exercises for cooling down after riding 30+ minutes. 2.) Is it possible to have the information synced on my phone and on my tablet? I want to be able to use either device & both have the same record info.

    The app is great. The only suggestion I have is to enable automatic counting for exercises that are done in reps. Because when i start a workout i don't want to reach my phone until I'm done with the workout. Apart from that everything is great.

    Been using for a week and seeing results! Using at lunch time before eating. Have been trying to eat healthy and been exercising since early Jan. Seemed to have hit a plateau with legs and arms toning nicely but nothing shifting the belly. The exercising I have been doing had various core toning moves and crunches. A week after using this my stomach is flatter and measures an inch less. Easy to use, if you are unsure of the move click on the picture and it explains it.

    Look I am ashamed to say I use this app, to imagine my surprise when it actually worked. Not exactly in 30 days but it's been a month and a half and I've lost 6cm of waistline which I was not expecting to happen. The exercises are diverse enough that's not boring but consistent enough that you can see your improvement. The tone of the app is stupidly bosy and I would live happily without seeing another Project Makeover ad ever again but hey, it's free and it delivers what promises!

So far so good. My only advice is to really push yourself to do the full work outs you're only cheating yourself if you half do them!

    I think this app can be much better.the resting times between exercises must be different based on that exercise hardship, also it must count for some exercises wich you must do for example 20 times because some of activities effects on your body when you do it slowly so when the app counts you undrestand the speed .

    Currently at day 11. Lost 1.5 kg and 1 inch off my waist coupled with controlled diet (normal meals, no junk food). Can see the abs forming with faint 4-pack lines. The good thing about this app is that the level of difficulty increases gradually so its manageable yet challenging enough.

    Needs counting - the butt and leg 30 day challenge counts each movement instead of needing me to push done to move to the next one. Also it would be great if the genders were non-binary. I really like the rest days feature! It's missing from the other apps

    I was so embarrassed of how I look and after only 3 days its helped me a lot one thing I would love for them to add though is when siri tells you what you're doing can she maybe also tell you how to do it cuz all she said is keep you're back straight est but it would be great if she could say rotate you're legs slowly in a bicycle form for instance but other wise the best app EVER
