Only used it for a little bit but so far i love it. The app gives you choices of different workout routines depending on your difficulty. Tips and a calender with your duration time, calories burnt that day, and a weight chart are included. Extras include workouts created by trainors or streches on your discovery page. I love this app and it makes it easy for me to stay in shape on the go :)


This is great. Just started using it seriously again. I used to think it was easy. But now with the video demos I'm doing the exercises the correct way and in just 3 days i can feel the effect. If you do the exercises the correct way then the break times in between are perfectly timed.just enough to let you recover and reposition yourself before the next exercise. I'm feeling great. Going to update when I finish all 30 days


Great guidance for your workout! It has a good variety of workouts to choose from and even the option to create your own workout! I also LOVE that they keep track of your waistline and weight (thus calculating your BMI) every workout. Because they show you the month with the days I worked out highlighted, it motivates me to stay consistent and not skip a day!


I love this app. Perfect for me as the most unathletic person ever to grace this planet. The routines slowly increase in difficulty, allowing your ability to grow. The app also gives you easier options for certain workouts. For example, I can't do a regular plank because of my weak shoulders, so the app told me to do a straight arm plank. My abs were more defined after only 2 weeks. My confidence is through the roof. I'd definitely give it a try.


I was looking for an app to give me some suggestions for working on my core. I came across this app and I really like it. It actually gives me workouts I can use based on my level of ability and then coaches you through the workout. I have only just started using it so have no results yet but will rate again in the future. The app is so user friendly. I love it!


I've never stuck to an exercise regimen as consistently as I have to this one. The challenges are perfect for each level, and the results are astounding. My lower abs are my problem area, and these exercises have made a noticeable difference. I'm currently on intermediate level. I look forward to doing the advanced level exercises when I'm ready for them.


This app has so many amazing features that I can't believe it's a free app. I've tried every app and programme in the book and this app is the first time I've ever stuck to anything properly. It's achievable, there's a level for everybody and you can build it up as you wish (it's not just tummy focussed there are other options you can add on)


I like this range of exercise routines because you can opt for simply doing the exercise, if you already know what to do, or you can choose to read the detailed instructions to ensure you do it correctly. I don't like the whistle to begin & the bell to end each exercise but it's great to have the wide range of languages to choose from. I completed the 30 day Plank Workout at Beginner level & feel stronger & more alert but had to stop because I have arthritic hands/wrists ehich hurt too much.


LOVE THIS APP!! I'm almost 40. I have coronary artery disease and had a heart attack at 36. (I wasnt overweight when I had my H.A. I was active and unstoppable) Since tho I've gained enough weight that I feel sluggish and heavy. I set a goal to drop 30 pounds. Im on my way! I'm using this app and I use my spin bike. It sends me notifications to get up and complete the daily exercises. I love we can make our own lists too. If I can do this..you can do this. Try it, nothing to lose but the weight
