Honestly, I find the app a bit clunky to use. However (and while this may seem a small thing, it genuinely makes me grind my teeth each time i open the app) it's the quote used on the front of the app that annoys me the most. Working parents do not need to be reminded that to be in their children's memories, they need to be in their lives today - it's a poor choice for this context and just adds to the guilt some parents feel about their work/life balance.

I an really having a lot of trouble trying to sign my child in and out. It tells me I have done it but it doesn't show that I have. I need to set up other accounts for other people that pick if up and I can't do that this needs to be fixed. What I don't like is I can't invite my family to see the posts. Like I can with story park. How do you cancel direct debit as they are fortnightly payment but it is taken money out weekly and it isnot taking the correct amount it is taking the full amount bef

Constant issues with the app, this time I can't see my child's day/profile or even submit a hand over form for the educators at my centre to view. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

The app is good but the invoicing/statements section needs to be simplified and updated on a daily basis to know where we stand each day. Maybe if this needs to be pushed through by Director of the centre they need to do it more often.

Can it have a different time format when one needs to change the time. Before I could just scroll through the different times and select...now u have to click on each hour/minute and then scroll etc. It's annoying and time consuming. We cannot edit toileting anymore for some reason 🤦♀️🤷♀️
