This app may work for appointments and general messaging, but all of the attachment behaviors are unavailable in Android platform. While the link may be visible in a message from my doctor, it cannot be opened or saved. If sending a message, the app requires selecting the doctor to enable the attachment window, but the window doesn't respond to allow attachment. If I were responsible for the design and support of this app, I would advise users of these (and any other) limitations at signon.

Apspolutely awful interface, it's basically just a web browser portal. So much more dated that healow... Also it doesn't keep you logged in, so you have to do that over again every time you want to check the app. No features whatsoever either, no notification reminders for appointments or dosages, no easy refill request portal, no nice graphic of your lap results... Easily the worst health records app I've ever used. It is in desperate need of an update.

Standard web browser based app nothing special. Not to much different from creating a short cut from your web browser to your home screen. Service is okay though I guess I just wish I could view/update more information.

One of the worst apps I ever used. It is not allowing me to attach image. It says click or drop to attach image but nothing happens when I click. Hire some good engineer and make the app better or do some good QA atleast.
