Lost a couple of stars with this morning's update. :( It now seems to have trouble knowing where to paginate when I turn the page - the next "page" will often start in the middle of a previous one. Hope it goes back soon!

This app will not let me leave a book without reviewing it. I cannot get to my library. I am not happy with it. I haven't used it for awhile, but it seems like it used to be better.

Can not open previously purchased books, just bought a book and it is stating not supported by this device, 1 and 1/2 hours spent trying to get help from nook assistance to get a message say don't provide nook assistance call this number during customer service hours. I have used this app for many years and this is the customer appreciation we get.. no customer service but take money for a book you can't even open

Pretty good app. Needs some more work though. It struggles with really large books, like megapacks of 2500 pages or so - it will spend a bit of time refreshing the display, especially if you switch to another app and then back. It's fine once you stay in app reading page to page. It also messes up bookmarks & comments from nook. Could use some grey & other background colors, limited selection.

I have been using Nook for many years now. I started with a Nook reader and had to replace it with an Android tablet so the software could be upgraded. The last several app updates have progressively gotten worse but the last one was horrible. I am now locked out of reference books that I have been using for years and a newly purchased book is stuck in rotation of one chapter and I can't get out of the cycle. This same book works fine in Kindle. I have tried everything that I could find.

NOOOO! I got a new tablet & this app isn't compatible!!! It's a Lenovo M10 so it's not like it's old or an off-brand or anything so I don't understand. Weirdly, the Nook Audiobook app IS compatible with this tablet. Which just makes it even more confusing that the ebook app won't. I generally love this app & since I started off with a Nook ereader eons ago (in tech terms), nearly all of my ebooks are on it. (Not really a fan of Kindle)

The last update seems to have sent the app into a spiral of missing pages, pages not turning, and random exits. I ha ent been able to read on this app since the update. Now it's been months. Could this be fixed please???

Ive always used nook but this past update has major glitches. It starts switching pages on its on, and then trys to exit on its own. It also flickers on the screen sometimes changing the brightness back and forth. I know its not my phone because none of my other apps are doing it! The only remotly good thing from the update is being able to change the book page coloring on the page and texts. Regarding the problems, I just ask that you Please fix this B&N.

I won't be buying from this app anymore. Bought multiple books for $10 and some don't download. I couldn't even open one after purchasing and another I've already read but now can't open when I want to read again. I've sent multiple reports for these issues and followed all troubleshooting suggestions and nothing has been done. Why can't I read my purchased books? Will this keep happening with the others I already own? Why hasn't anything been done to fix these issues? Very frustrating.

This app update is garbage! I cannot read any of my books as they buffer and then disappear. Please fix this as I've been a Nook customer for years. This situation is obnoxious and untenable!!!
