Dissapointed actually , i live in malaysia , after subscribe for 1 year just realise u can't watch most of probably 90% of live games , u only can hear the audio commentary . Cause "Unfortunately, due to global programming rights restrictions MUTV cannot broadcast live matches from certain competitions, but you can watch the full 90 minutes of most first team fixtures within 24 hours of the final whistle (time of availability may vary slightly, due to discrepancies in broadcast rights across"

No Cast button from phone app to TV ? . I need to cast matches from the phone app onto the TV or onto Google chromecast. You know like YouTube or Disney ? Can you make a better Premier app for smartphones with other clubs like Barca, Real, Bayern, psv, Porto, Boys, Celtic, AC, inter, ? Just include mutv as one section because it's not enough value alone at 10.99 month. The app needs more match content so link up with a few clubs & show more games.

It's a great app for Manchester United fans. But i don't understand, i have subscribed for the annual access and i can't watch the match. All i got is the live audio and the commentary.

Thanks for responding, and more importantly fixing the problem, so quickly. Great service. I see a lot of people complaining about this app but honestly I'm very happy. This app used to work perfectly, but recently it crashes every time I open it. I don't know if it's the recent update but now it just doesn't want to work. Terrible timing too with the pre-season friendlies happening. Not happy, please fix this. My device is a Huawei P30 lite new edition btw

Be warned: this app experiences HORRENDOUS audio sync problems. The audio is often 4 or 5 seconds behind the visual. It makes much of the content unwatchable. Weird, too, that you can't continue watching a show where you left off or make a watchlist or do, well, just about anything you could do on Netflix/Prime/iPlayer ten years ago... Otherwise this is a potentially good value product, especially in pre season and if you're such a big Utd fan that you want to follow the youth teams, too.

Wrote to support, never got a response. A bit disappointed about that. I couldn't find any page to enter a discount code, so I lost a 50% discount when I signed up. Add to that: I thought I was going to get to watch Man U live every time they played, but that's not the case. Radio commentary does have a place in the world though.. This is a great app for huge club fans. The content produced and published for and on this particular platform is above average.

I bought the subscription just for the Derby pre-season game. They charged me twice: once initially via web browser and once I realised the stream wasn't working there and I had to install the app, they didn't store my subscription info and still asked me to pay. The stream still wasn't working. Nor would it play from my laptop. Guess what, I tried contacting their support via the email in the app and it bounced because apparently the address doesn't exist. What a joke.
