Networking your appliances opens up new ways of improving the convenience, quality and safety of your dynamic lifestyle. The Miele@mobile app gives you the option of operating all of your network-enabled Miele household appliances quickly and conveniently with a smartphone or tablet. At any time, you can access your washing machine, refrigerator or oven directly, request status information and select functions, for example. Information on the selected programme or the operating mode as well as the time left for the programme to run are displayed. The app informs you how long the roast will need to cook in the oven, for instance. You also receive notifications when your intervention is needed ‒ for example, at the end of a dishwasher programme or if a freezer door has been left open. The practical recipe function enabling easy access to recipes is an entirely new feature. Another feature of the app is the use of wizards. The interactive washing wizard recommends the most suitable wash programme, for instance. Depending on the appliance model, with ShopConn@ct you also have the option of reordering detergent or dishwasher tablets, for example, with just a few clicks in the Miele Shop. Important information for use The fundamental requirements for the use of this app are network-enabled Miele domestic appliances. The demonstration mode in the Miele@mobile app provides a first impression of the range of possibilities for this app, even if you do not yet have any network-enabled Miele domestic appliances. Not good, not sure why they have an app for a fridge. It can only change set temperatures, not view the current temperature. It sends indecipherable warnings once in a while. Pretty pointless. In fridge controls are much more useful.

The App has had an update and now it has a bug that makes it not usable. For me I'm trying to use the app to set my washer on a timer. With the new app update, the app won't let you select a program as the interface isn't fully loaded. It did work once we're the orange arrow appeared and let me progress, but it still glitched out and crashed after that. Most of the time the orange arrow doesn't appear and I can't do anything. My phone is pixel 5 if that helps.

Wow. After two hours of trial and error (trying to add an appliance) I have learned two things. 1) The app seems to only work on a 2.4GHz network. 2) The app fails at the final step even if the appliance sees the network and says "connection successful". The only positive review I found was from someone who had a nice hand-holding session. Quote: ". . . after the on site training by Miele staff, I was able to activate the app . . . " Seriously?! Send the staff to my house!!!

App is ok, we only have a washing machine connected so I can start a wash remotely. The app lets me know when the wash has finished. I also get a notification that the wash time has been adjusted , but all the variables in the message are displayed rather than the values so the message is just useless. This just makes me think they haven't tested the app very well.

They've replaced a perfectly working one with a useless new one. It keeps asking me to log in and instead of giving me the percentage full for my TwinDos soaps, it just says 'sufficient' - any attempt to get a more meaningful figure results in an error message. Complete and utter load of manure. Please let me have the previous version back. 14 August - new update. Still not fixed TwinDos level reporting.

Spent extra for the Miele wifi enabled washing machine, worked great with the old app, but this version is literally useless. Previously you could pause the wash and turn off the machine remotely from the app (a must-have with the washing machine being next to a baby's bedroom), but now the end wash function has completely disappeared, notification take 5-40 minutes after the event, and all features left won't respond. Very disappointed after being sold a device based on these features.

The review for the previous app stands, the twindos function is, months later, "experiencing technical difficulties". The schools are closed in the UK at the moment, why don't you ask the school children to code your app? Shockingly bad. The flash graphics are in place, the microtransactions are up and running, but base functionality (fill levels) does not work. I would have hoped a prestige vendor would have at least tested the new SW release.

The new app is terrible. Can no longer receive photos from my the camera on my H7860BP oven. The app just times out and the odd time it does display the camera image, a few seconds later it disappears. At least on the older app the images were always displayed and refreshed and worked. Also my dishwasher shows a fault error in the app where none exist. G6827. Probably doesn't intergrate well with the new app. Please fix both issues.

Ahh the app is back in the Google Play Store again. Version 4.0.0 just vanished a few days ago! The app is quite slow in terms of UI response. This makes the overall experience of the app unreliable. I wonder why, what kind of UI framework is used here? Better check for better UI implementations, maybe complete rewrite, this slowness is quite ridiculous!

Horrible, horrible, horrible app. 500 characters isn't enough to explain the depth of problems. First, it can't do basic stuff like connecting your appliances to your account. Next, it's completely worthless unless you want to order more supplies. I can do that without the app. Total waste of time, at least their appliances aren't made by this app dev team...
