The android app is better than the iOS one , the problem is the delivery folks , I have ordered twice and both times they have not delivered one item each, the app does not refund you as the delivery guy's do not tell Dmart about the missing item , then you have to call the call center . However the call center resolves the issues , guess dmart is overwhelmed with the pandemic , prices are definitely the lowest and it's an Indian entity , so would continue to buy

Earlier when I had tried to order there were issues in the app. But, looks like now all the issues are sorted out. We can place the order within few steps as the navigation is simple. We can pay online/COD. Items were kept in different boxes as per the category and delivered on time. Delivery agent will give you invoice with items, quantity details. While he is taking out the items from the boxes on the go we can check and confirm him. Overall it's a Very useful and time saving.

Zero is the actual rating. I have purchased groceries in July 21. They delivered short items without information. No refunds after 4 months. Customers care is also worst. They asking my passbook to check the refund. But not sharing their details for refund. This is froude service. Online prices are more than the shops. Required items are always out of stock. Please don't use this app.

Very smooth functioning app. Has never caused major problems so far. Appreciate DMart Ready for their 100% product delivery on the selected date and the selected time. An suggestion to increase the list of product choices within each category (new low cost but quality unknown brands)... Keep it up

Awesome experience with DMart ready. The way the packaging was done to the time slots everything was very perfect. They are maintaining seperate cool box for the items like ice-creams, butter and etc. They are seperating the soaps and other detergents from the groceries to protect them from the smell of detergents. Extremely happy with DMart. Summary: 1. Best prices 2. On time delivery ( in your exact selected time slot) 3. Best packing and organised way to pack the ordered items. Loved it.

I am happy with your delivery system. But I have one suggestion that, there should be a afternoon delivery slot between 3.00PM and 11PM. This slot is very useful for the people working in the morning or night shift. The other Apps I used have this afternoon delivery slot. Just yhink over it and introduce this afternoon delivery slot. There should not be any delivery charges on the orders above 500 Rs. The products which one don't want should be taken back at the doorstep. Otherwise, I have a very good experience about the online shopping with Dmart 😊 Otherwise, I have a very good experience of shopping with Dmart. .

Service is good and excellent, but Dmart has capping on purchases like Rs 1000/- or Rs 500/- this should not be done, we are regular customers sometimes we forget some items like for Rs 100 or 200, so we cannot order immediately because of this capping system, we never forget everytime only sometimes so we have to buy on other service providers like Dmart.If you want to maintain your customer then remove this capping
