I've had horrible experiences with the drivers that come to deliver. They take too long, they never have change and get away with atleast 5GEL extra. And some of them constantly keep calling and texting me, if I want to have coffee with them, terribly unprofessional. And most of them don't know English. Also for an app that asks for the exact location the drivers usually have a hard time finding the place, get Google maps for God sake. I've had a loss of atleast more than 25 GEL cause they never

what an unprofessional App. I have already uninstalled it after 2 hours. I have used Menu in Armenia which was perfect. I GE it was disappointing. an hour after I ordered, had to call the restaurant. They told us that Menu telephoned and cancelled. They never informed us of this cancellation or gave a reason. This was a cash delivery. Menu needs to learn about customer satisfaction.

Very bad app, you will order the won't get your order. The service can only look up the order by the phone number. And not like every normal app but the name or by the order number. Use glovo or wolt much better. You can see how long is the delivery and you can use chat, this app belongs to 2007 very bad. I waited 1.30 hours and i am very very hungry.

Here's how this app works: you place an order, the app messages a call centre, they call the restaurant. This incredibly inefficient process becomes highly problematic when they're busy. Save yourself some trouble and the restaurant some money and just call the restaurant yourself.

I suggest not to use this app and I'll tell you why: 1.the minimum requirement for order was 15 Gel, now has become 30 Gel 2. Once i ordered food and it never came + i was charged 3.very expensive for delivery's fee, imagine paying 5 Gel extra for delivery while other companies delivery cost 3 gel or free with subscription.

We ordered from Wendy's which is on 10 minute ride from our hotel - LUCKY, we waited for 1 hr and 20 minutes , we called 4 times after the waiting time expired (which was 30-40 min according to app), and the last time we called they told us that Wendy's closed (closed 3 minutes before the call) and we will get no delivery. They charged ammount from the card tho, still waiting for refund. Do NOT reccomend.

It is just ok app, need lot of improvement and delivery time has to be improved. World over, the companies are delivering food within a time range of 40 to 45 mins.

Ordered twice, the first time the delivery was really late and the driver couldn't find the address without help and multiple phone calls. The second time the food didn't even arrive.
