Horrible, absolutely poor coding, after every attempt to reset the account, it keep telling that too many attempts have been done, even after your very first try, the company should try to hire some real developers instead to pay peanuts and ends up with some junk like this that doesn't do any good to their reputation or future sales....

Unable to connect the smart bulb to my WiFi because of the nonsense reason that the password is too long to enter in the app (by 1 character!! SMH). This is completely ridiculous as I have smart bulbs/plugs from 5 other vendors (e.g. TP-Link Kasa, Philips WiZ, Govee, etc.) and never had this password length problem. Better security (by more complex password) should always be welcome!

Tried to connect 4 light bulbs. Both methods, multiple times. Gives an error each and every time. Shame that the hardware seems ok but the software is buggy/defective. Basically cannot connect rgb ww light bulbs...

I rated this 4 star before but, after a bit of 'learning', it's brilliantly easy. Works with Alexa and you CAN switch 'scenes' by voice commands...I'm tempted to get more but my place ain't big…. clever stuff!

This app works well on its own, when connected (linked) through google home there is a bit of lag turning on and off lights.

Bought 6 of these wont connect to my wifi its only seeing my phone network my phone is on wifi still not working. Disappointing can't even use them.

I had two problems: 1/ My wifi password is 42 characters long, and when I tried to connect in the Smart config in the APP, it just failed. Shorting the password to 28 characters resolved the issue. So there is a bug in the app v2.0.5 on Android 2/ Alexa is on the + sign then Add Voice Assistant, which is not what the docs say, but is working with Alexa.
