The app works incorrectly, has lots of glitches, e.i. when there's a Zumba class, app notificates there're few places left but in reality, a class is fully booked. About the hotel: it's 4 starts but it barely gets to it, 3 max. Workers doesn't know how to do Latte and not everyone speack English which makes lots of things complicated (English is national language, in tour hotel quite expecting workers to know the language) horrible internet and network connection. Often power cuts off.

Over complicated. Lots of information missing. Can't get to restaurant menus even though the app is apparently the only place they are available and there is no map of the resort. The developers of this app need to take a serious think about what guests might actually need during their stay especially just after arriving when everything is new a information is hard to come by.

Very useful for holiday. Can schedule and plan activities and easily see what's going on at the resort. Favourites function is good to easily see saved activities. The reminder notifications is also good. A map of the resort would be a helpful addition, as well as ability to book meals at specialist restaurants

This app has potential but the implementation is very poor, a lot of information is hard or impossible to find, some information is just not there even though the app itself suggests it is, the reservation system is pathetic and rarely works.

Completely pointless app. Restaurant booking is a not user friendly and frustrating. Very unfair to the people working so hard on the resorts to make people happy to then have to use this stupid app that simply doesn't work, meaning the staff have to deal with unhappy guests as a result. App needs a complete overhaul ,as does the completely inflexible entertainment programme at these resorts.The staff should be able to adjust the programme at the request of guests which is not the case.

Only good for viewing schedule of activities. Cannot access the restaurants services or see the menu. Annoying as need to boom Al la carte via the app. Often tabs are there one minute and gone the next! Not reliable. If it worked rowely it would be great.

In principle the app is a good idea, however you may be subject to abuse on the pinboard. Whilst genuine users post relevant questions about the resort, there is the idiotic minority who troll and abuse people. you have the option to report the post/user to the app provider, although this makes no actual difference and then deters you from using the pinboard for it's intended purpose. I dont see the point of being able to report users if nothing happens and they are allowed to continue.

very useful to help with planning of a future trip to Magic Life Africana. It would be helpful if there was a map of the resort to see where the buildings, pools etc are. Update - map now provided. Thank you If possible I would like to be able to copy the text from the pin board into Google translate to understand messages from German guests etc.

Could be a great app, not intuitive needs lots of work. I.e. Dates default to the wrong day/time, tells you there is no booking available, offers an alternative giving date and time then refuses to book it...

Restaurant booking system is useless, since you have to repeatedly enter date / time preferred until you finally choose a time slot that is free. This needs changing so a time slot can be chosen from what is free from an on-screen list
