The last update is no longer showing my model which is BRI954/00 . This has already happened last year but then got fixed with an update. Now once again the older models are no longer available. This is so frustrating! Update: The developers has fixed the issue and now all of my previous settings and data is recovered so thank you.

The Lumea works... the app is garbage. It would be nice if it gave you options customise sessions. Like the schedule being adjustable depending how well treatments worked or being able to set up more different areas as seperate treatments. For example upper and lower legs, stomach, back, fingers, toes etc. Also would be nice if the app actually reminded you of the light level of each area as you go to treat it. Looking it is tedious. Cant even do basics so the app honestly serves no purpose.

Would have been better if we had the option of returning to initial treatment stage as some treatments entered the touch-up phase too soon and wasn't effective, so I end up using my personal calendar to store treatments dates and reminders.

I removed one more star, because after some update they made to terms and conditions, it logged me off and didn't send the reminders, so I've missed my treatments. Now I have to do additional sessions on upper legs which are the most time consuming

The sync between devices did not work. I had to start everything over. The functions it has are very limited.

The last update was awful, I've missed all my data and schedule I had before and also the app do not have my ipl device model to choose so I changed my device model to something else

It's a nice little app, it has useful information about the laser etc, the only con I have is that most months it doesn't send me reminders for the treatment dates, other than that, it's a useful app for scheduling your treatments and helps you keep track of them. I would recommend installing it if you start IPL with a Phillips product.

No Notifications? Even though all notification settings are on within the app and on the settings on my phone, I receive no reminders for my treatments. Not sure why as I got them at the beginning but they have stopped for the last 3 treatments. Which means unless I manually pop reminders into my calendar I will miss treatment times and have to start again all the time. This is a review of the app...the product itself is brilliant. Just wish the app worked properly too.

Email verification doesn't work! Annoying that I can't get full access to the products user guide and extended warranty because it won't accept my email address. Stuck in an email verification loop so have given up.
