With the LEDVANCE SMART+ Bluetooth app, you decide how you want to use all products in our SMART+ Bluetooth family (OSRAM or LEDVANCE branded). Enable our products to control them with Google Home app or Amazon Alexa app. For both options the respective smart speaker is required. Furthermore, you can control our SMART+ Bluetooth products with our app, which includes popular features such as turning lights on and off, grouping lights, adjusting the brightness level, changing colors with Full Color products and multi-user access. Please note that the LEDVANCE SMART+ app does not work with the OSRAM or LEDVANCE SMART+ Zigbee products or brand new LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi products. In order to control our SMART+ products with the LEDVANCE SMART+ Bluetooth app, you don’t need a separate gateway. The LEDVANCE SMART+ Bluetooth app eliminates the complicated setup problem and provides easy solution. To control you do not even need a WiFi router. With our SMART+ Bluetooth products, you will also benefit from the new Bluetooth mesh technology. If you have multiple SMART+ Bluetooth mesh devices, you can control the lights in another room, on the next floor, or even outside your home thanks to the ability of mesh devices to relay commands and information between each other. With Bluetooth mesh devices, you can also take advantage of increased reliability and scalability with a limited delay in response when controlling individual lights or groups of lights together. Moreover, if you prefer to use our SMART+ Bluetooth products with Google Home, you can simply enable them by the app. Afterwards the products can be easily connected to a Google Home or Nest device. This enables all great features of the Google Home system like app and voice control and routines. And finally, if you prefer to control your SMART+ Bluetooth product with Amazon Alexa, enable your device in the app and pair it directly with your Amazon Echo speaker. Only ask Alexa to “Discover my devices” and you will have the unlimited experience of Amazon Alexa system with our products. Anytime a change of the SMART+ Bluetooth products to another smart home system is possible in the app.

app works kinda.. and no moving. light, only static rgb. bit disappointed. also, why do i have to register an account? and what do tou need my location for? its bluetooth.. Edit: no, it does not. when i connect my bt speaker i don't need to turn on gps for example. and why the registeation? just admit it: you don't really care about your customers because they already paid. the reviews show it. i'll just buy something else.

Constantly losing connection to Bulb. Extremely unreliable with app. If you do not plan on using this with a smart speaker or a device which will never leave the house, try the competition.

Total waste of time! The app never worked for me and I was never able to pair my mobile to the device. Try some other brand instead!

Works for me with Google Assistant and an Osram strip. Installation and configuring toke me about 40 minutes. First attempt failed. Could be my mistake. Before the second attempt succeeded, it upgraded the firmware. For me this result is not bad, because I struggled with other Google Home devices sometimes many hours. I can command it now from my Lenovo smart displays and Google speaker. Final result is OK for me.

Nothing works. Needed an account but constantly hangs after registration. Not sure why GPS is needed and why it needs access to my fotos. The app just hangs. The same with my IOS device except that there no account was needed. Is this a scam app? Worst app I've ever installed. The lamp is also broken and constantly flickers, which is why I installed this useless app; in hope that maybe the flickering can be removed by a firmware upgrade. Never again this product, a total fail.

Useless app that renders your device (lamp, stripes, etc.) useless too. Bought a light bulb and never managed to get it paired to the app despite being a real geek and spending way too much time on it. Don’t be fooled, they have no interest to get your thing working (just check the rating for this app…1.8 knowing that 1 is the minimum). You only get the (in)famous ‘Dear whoever, we are sorry to hear that you had problems with our SMART+ Bluetooth app…our team will be happy to help you…’ The truth is simple. The app doesn’t work (and will never do), then their smart lamps just become overpriced dumb lamps…

Edit: It appears lost on the developers that I dont have access to the wifi router in my block of flats. If I had, I would be using a smart hub and not this atrocious app. This app is supposedly the only way I can connect via BT to my smart bulb. Except it keeps logging me out so I dont have easy control. Now my group and device just disappeared from the app. This app really is bad and I can only say avoid using it if you can. The developers really dga damn about making it work or functional

What can I say , it doesn't work. Osram make good lamps but this app ain't smart. Can't get lamps to connect with app . I have Philips hue in most of my house controlled via alexa , should have just got more Philips. Osram you have let your self down. Update 2 hours later I got my osram lamps to work, how pressed the centre button on my hue Bridge for 10 seconds and put one bulb in at a time and next thing I hear is alexa piping up that she has found new device, no need for this app really,😊

I bought two OSRAM SMART+ Flex 3p Multicolor. When I plug them in, I get a color cycle (blue/red/green/white). After that, nothing, No matter how often I do the 5x 5 second (or 3 second or 1 second) power cycle, still nothing. I have tried the app on three different smartphones. It just cannot find either one of my strips. They are under my phone's bluetooth menu as "Flex Ce", but when I click that, the lights flash three times and then it says "couldn't pair with flex ce - make sure it's ready to pair". So it's there somewhere. The fact that there is NO SUPPORT on this whatsoever is driving me crazy.
