App decides when it wants to work. Usually have to close and reopen app multiple times to get it to work properly. It seems to have favoritism towards Apple products. No galaxy watch support, only Apple watch. The reason the watch support is a big deal to me is when your carrying groceries or boxes the watch would save you time from having to pull out your phone. I would much rather go back to lock and key at this point.

Terrible idea for an app. Since the dawn of man a lock and key have sufficed. Just because something can be an app doesn't mean it's better than low tech. Lose your phone? Out of luck. Battery dead? Better remember a ton of numbers to get you home. Location having issues? Might have to get the building security to let you in. Improvements: give a fob and key as backups, give people the choice to use this or not.

It would be a pain to live full time in a building with this system, but it worked great for our airbnb rental. No problems connecting or unlocking once we realized you have to scan before pushing elevator or gate buttons.

Does not recognize the location. Only works with some doors, but doesnt work with others. Keeps asking to enable bluetooth and location, which are already enabled. Its un ureliable app.

Can get in doors but can't access details, or if I change batteries update the system. Only I have a issue with a android phone all my other Co workers have iPhones and have no problem.

Our apartment complex switched to the Latch system from key fobs this week. When using Latch I have to open the app and manually unlock each door before it will allow me to enter. I selected the "hands free" beta settings but they are not working. Not a very user friendly system. I do not recommend this product.

Recently will keep showing that my location is turned off even though it is not. Very annoying. The app does not work seamlessly. No ability to turn always on location, so NFC can only be used when app is open. NFC often doesn't not recognize doors and I have to just tap the unlock botton in the huge list of doors at my complex. Would prefer ability to unlock doors without having to take phone out of my pocket like some other providers (like Brivo).

buggy, not user friendly, slow, sometimes does not recognize locks, can't see the names of doors if it's longer than 15 characters, can't rearrange doors easily, can't favorite doors. Basically if this was a horror movie and you need to get inside a latch protected door cuz an axe murderer is chasing you, just lie down and die because latch will not open the door in time, you'll have to scroll through hundreds of doors and try 5 different ones that says "Fifth floor 2n......rtyard."

Since the patch that released on August 24th, I have been experiencing issues with location awareness and my phone is no longer detecting that the app is allowed to use my location for Bluetooth. This, in combination with the lock handle itself not opening when using the pin code is a very unfortunate and frustrating situation.

Slow, sometimes have to kill the app multiple times to get a door to unlock. Even worse if it is raining, you may have to fumble around with the app while your phone is wet and not responding to touch. What is the value of this system if it is substantially less reliable than traditional lock and key?
