    I like Lalamove more than Grab when it comes to sending and receiving items. The driver assigned will call you when they're in the area. They have good attitude towards their customer. They don't complain when you ask them to come look for your house when they can't seem to locate it. Most of all their delivery fee is a little cheaper than Grab. Always a satisfied customer here!

    The latest update is so difficult to use. The buttons are so close together and it's hard to use when the keyboard is on display. You barely see anyting you're typing. And when you're trying to tap on what you're typing, you'll toggle the map and move the location you pinned. I always use lalamove and this update is frustrating.

    Address should be saved for both ways. It should not ask for login when you are already logged in and then in the middle of the process logging you in. You should not be forced to select Manila as your area when you live in Cavite. Many small issues that makes it annoying to use. Hence only 3 stars. Drivers are ok so far. Pretty much underpaid. It's like slavery. I always double the fare as a tip. 158 peso for 60km way? That's cruel..

    Application is problematic. There are times application is "finding a driver" and yet when you cancelled, it will still be an on going order. WTH, kawawa ung rider at seller sa app nio because we cannot simply cancel the order after 5 minutes, "finding a driver" status even for 10 minutes tapos pag nakapag book na ulit madodouble booking. I was forced to pay your rider just to complete the transaction. A real Inconvenience super trash!

    After recent update, the app keeps stopping. It's almost impossible to use. Very exhausting because have to trying so many times but still cannot place an order.

    Glad they removed Live Chat to CANCEL an order. Cancelling is one button, finally. However, it's still a glitchy app. I have a COMPLETE order that still says "on going order". My app is updated. But now they don't have a livechat for app concerns.

    I ordered online and the store booked for me. My rider said he "accidentally" completed my irder despite not having delivered my goods yet after i said no to him doing double booking. Customer support disconnects so fast, was able to get new tracking number but the tracker is not updated or the driver was dishonest, he said he already in imis while tracker said he still around pasig.

    I like lalamove, but please fix contacts address into unlimited (don't limit SAVE only 30 contacts) and put function search in saved contact list. Can you put function SAVE when user fill in contact address in Receiver and Sender form. The current function and flow UI fill in contact address is complicated and annoying, and not help user to SAVE and SEARCH contact address to reuse each time when create order. ... and SEARCH contact address on completed Order to ease REORDER ..Please fix soon .

    Poor service, I tried lala move service only 1/5 orders was proper service was provided, 4 order not to par, moving home based to use this service new home damaged while shifting as riders in a hurry next order. Today.. Poor customer service live chat from agent Lovika and rider was uncontactable. While on chat without a resolution or any assistance, agent drop the chat. Rider vechile broke down order pick up is still delayed 20 minutes still no outcome, rider promised on the go 3 minutes.

    I had an experience wherein the rider asked me to cancel my booking due to far location.I didn't agree but he tagged it as completed even if he didn't deliver the item.Note that the order is paid via lalamove wallet.I reported to customer service & asked them to call the rider in my place due to rider's unusual behavior.but CSR advised me to call the rider instead.they didn't do anything to fix the problem.I hope management fix the problem w/ their riders & customer service.very bad experience
