The app is useless. The discounts, which sad to appear in app are absent. The customer service, is not helpful - just water of time. I hope that the review, will help KSP to improve.

The app and their website don't work on customer service, when you try to reach them the app doesn't allow you to put in your name and number so basically you have no option to contact them whatsoever. Don't bother to try and return broken items from them, they won't switch the item and neither won't give you sale on anything in the future.

I was given a notice that prices are cheaper on the app, when I checked the price it was on sale! If you count a 1% discount as a sale

Not sure of the benefit of having the app compared to the web version. There's no English...I mean there is an option but half the text is still in Hebrew. The discount on the web is not really that exciting either. 10 NIS 🤷🏻♀️

The application it ok. But, the prices is the same as at web?! So what is exactly the point. Why I need spend a memory for this app if i can seen the same prices on your website? This why I removed it.

A badly made website in a webview wrapper. Laziest garbage i've seen so far on play store. The best feature is the "view desktop version". This is what you can acheave with one half-witted monkey and about 500 shekels. Their customer "support" is as terrible btw.

Why you need an App that shows the website, also there no paging anymore in any of the product so you can't browse around the products.
