Clear and effective design. Unfortunately buying ticket doesn't work, without giving any explanation. The button is just inactive. Looking around in the setting didn't reveal clues. Edit: No! There is no text and KD is listed as supported. I sent a screenshot to your support, unfortunately you have two typos. So sent it again now.

Seriously, for me 5 stars. Quick, responsive, easy to plan a trip (even for planning a trip from Lower Silesia to Międzyzdroje, avoiding those retro-no-air-conditioning-Intercity-trains). And if You want to avoid standing in lines to ticket booths, nervously thinking if You will make it till train arrives, there's also a way for You - an electronic ticket system, which works perfectly (so many options to pay for the ticket), you just have to show this app's screen with a QR code when time comes.

Was a great and useful app for traveling - for not IC trains. Fast search and buy a ticket with 3 clicks. Got much worse since last update. Tedious 3- step bank authentication - cuts the fast part. Also previous versions gave an option to download the ticket to your phone - now it sends an email and let's you 'show ticket' but when the train goes through a tunnel or sth so you're offline - ticket dissappears and you have no way to show the ticket without internet connection.

excellent app for booking your train tickets in Poland, particularly practical when you're travelling and can book at the very last minute. communication and follow up is fantastic and you can easily link your preferred credit card for payment (in my case, Revolut). simply great!

CONSTANT problems with payment processing since early February 2021. first, I start getting 8 digit sms codes for 13 PLN transactions, which is NOT ideal when I'm walking towards a train station. Then, the app doesn't even show the numerical only keyboard to enter the code, so I must enter it using the tiny top row number keys. Then, I get a "session expired" error right after I enter the sms codes within 30 seconds of receiving them. No "try again", no "payment successfully processed", NOTHING. Then, I get 3 (!) emails, each 1 minute apart, each saying I paid the 13 zlotys. Still unable to save a preferred route (preferred start and end points, preferred carriers), still unable to set the app to default to showing preferred carriers only.
