It works great for 30 days, then it will never load again. It also hogs storage. It's taking up over 9GB of space right now. I'm sad because those 30 days it worked were pretty darn good. I might have even paid for the subscription service had it not gone to hell. The worst part is that it's super hard to find anything the InRide will pair with, especially for casual riders who don't need all the whistles and bells, or want to do the big video game style rides, just a good cycling workout.

App doesn't work in the background, phone then is dedicated to kinetic. Often will not connect to bluetooth. App crashes often on launch. When it works, it connects to my Wahoo ticker and cadence sensor. Collects my data and uploads to Strava seamlessly. When it doesn't work, there is nothing for useful help. You are on your own.

After the recent update it seems to be more reliable. I need to start the app three times every time I start a workout. Today I needed to start the app 3 times as always, then it crashed at 2.5 miles into the ride. I get the message "Kinetic keeps stopping ". This happens about every 3rd ride. The only way I found to get it running again is to uninstall and reinstall Kinetic. 😡 1/27/2021 Still need to start Kinetic 3 times to get it to recognize sensors, but then worked fine.

This app used to be good when I first downloaded it in 2018, but now the Bluetooth sensor on my Road Machine has stopped working for the Android app. I tried all the steps to troubleshoot the Bluetooth, new battery and all, and it wouldn't even show the sensor in the app. Then I tried with an IPhone, and it paired right away. Very frustrating.

Dont waste your time on this worthless app. Worked great for the first few weeks now it wont open. It just crashes anytime I try and open it. I've tired uninstalling and reinstalling without any luck. Read the reviews my experience is pretty common.

EDIT..... Seems to be woking now. Used it today and it was back to normal. My workout history was back...........Using this app for about 6 weeks since I bought the T6400 road machine. App was great.... Until it wasn't. Stopped working today.... Got the 'app keeps stopping' message and when it somehow started working all the previous workouts were gone. There goes monitoring any progress out the window. Hopefully it is some sort of glitch and all my previous information will magically reappear.

The worst app using their own device (Kinetic Inride $50) Always crash on the middle of your workout. I tried on my Samsung S20, S5 I did everything technical possible. Stopped working with Swift and Rouvy but they still are advertising like it is working fine. Almost one years and their developers can't fix this app. I don't know if they care honestly.

The app won't open it crashes before it loads data. For a device that has smart in the title it has a hard time working. It's a shame because the resistance feels good.

This app is great for working out. The trouble with the app is that doesn't connect well with all sensors. If you stop in the middle of a workout and come back not all the sensors reconnect. And also it stays active while you're not using it which is kind of unnerving.

encountering similar issues to others. Have Garmin watch and Android phone and cant connect. Worked well last year, and all of a sudden started to crash and have issues connecting.
