The interface LOOKS simple, but that's only because it does not work. I thought I'd listen to the radio on my phone, but that does not seem to be one of the app's features. Nice pictures, though. Quiet.

Love this app. I can listen to my favorite programs and get up to the minute news no matter where i am - either in the grocery store up the street or in another state, i can always listen. Plus the on- demand programming is icing on the cake when i am unable to listen or want to catch up on interesting programs. Besides all of that, public radio is one of the last bastions of factual information from real and highly experienced journalists.

I love KERA and this app, but it has been getting flakier over time. The stream frequently stops, either resuming on its own after a while, or needing me to hit Play again. Now since the 3/5/2020 update, the app hangs unresponsive multiple times per day, requiring a force stop. It's tough to keep these apps maintained, I know, but it's time to give it a good overhaul. Now I'm going to switch back to the browser-based player...never thought I'd say that!

I absolutely LOVE KERA radio & their programming which is why I am giving the app an extra star (and why I donate to the station). But as far as the app goes.... It has been stopping audio out of nowhere (sometimes it comes back on it's own but most of the time I have to go back into the app & press play several times) and it is extremely infuriating. All I want is to listen to my favorite NPR source but this app (since the update) has just been nothing but a pain! Please fix it!!!

-This is the best public radio app I have used. I don't like NPR One because I cannot pull and listen to the stories I'd like to easily. Although I do appreciate their suggestions for new things to listen to. -NPR news will not play the audio on my phone speaker, so forget that one. -KERA is my public radio and television station. The podcasts on demand play perfectly. I can listen to local Texas news, and choose any local stories I've missed.I can see the schedule for any public television shows that are upcoming and set an alarm to remind me to watch them. -KERA, YOU ROCK, AND I DONATE TO SUPPORT YOU.

The app goes in and out more often than not right in the middle of an interview or story that I'm very interested in. It will either just last for 2 seconds so you'll miss the sentencing in a statement or it'll just drop totally for 2 3 4 minutes come back on sometimes never comes back on. Other than that love the station love the stories and love everything the app needs some work. Thank you.
