Ohh gosh to bad I did not read the reviews. Why does Amex get involved with those companies? Don't see the advertise invoicing in my account! You have to apply separate but took only few minutes! Tried to give them access to my 360 Account to get Line of Credit it's not working haha. A simple transfer from a connected account takes almost a week? Also that services are all done trough some green dot Bank that has nightmare 1 Star reviews!

I keep getting an error message saying, "There seems to be some network issues. Please try again later." I was connected to my WiFi, then I tried it using my 5G, and it still won't work. What's the point in having an app, if I have to sign in through my web browser? I've only had this thing for maybe 2 weeks.

I setup my account and the app worked great the first time. Since then, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times and it continues to shut down. Not sure what the problem is. Maybe it doesn't work well for Android.

So far NOT GOOD... I've tried to link my Amex Serve Card/Account 6 times now and it recognizes it after I input the authentication code shows the account and balance then I keep getting a stupid ERROR message that says "Were having trouble with this page right now" so ummm yaaaa.... Great...

Possibly a good bank. But a garbage app. Way behind the apps of other banks. One of the main features of this bank is the ability to move funds in and out of reserves. There is no discernible way to do that with the app.

You have to wait 90 days to get your sign up bonus. You have to wait over 5 days for a check to clear. Beyond pathetic ! Not a real bank by any means!

Poor customer support, My account was locked for more than three weeks now I have been trying to get their support to unlock my account through their support email, all to no use.

Unusable as long as there is 2 factor authentication on an account. No way to tell it the dumb code that one seems forced to use.

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. The so called business account is actually just low service prepaid card account. When I looked for the non existent business features, I was redirected to join a waiting list for business services. This bank is a bait and switch. Save yourself the headache, and steer way clear of these clowns.
