I had it set up to use my fingerprint to sign in. That doesn't work anymore. When I do finally get the app open, it doesn't show a balance for my account. This app is hot garbage. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I wish my company would switch us back to Wells Fargo.

Love the app. Being able to watch my investments is great. Need to bring back the ability to see your loans what's remaining for pay out. Now it just says I have a loan no information about it. That will pit me back to 5 stars.

Unusable due to biometric authentication loop. All the app does when you scan your finger is close the biometric prompt, and leave you on the login screen. Currently running 2.0.28.

The app forced an update on 10/25/2021 and won't allow biometric login anymore... it just keeps going back to the login screen.

Hate it. Disgusted with Wells Fargo for forcing us into this. It was easier to access and interpret my account when it was Wells Fargo.

I updated to the newest version and now it won't start. It just opens a window saying Principal keeps stopping and do I want to close the app, see app info, and one other choice. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but it didn't help. Now that the developers responded to my problem so quickly, I changed the rating to 5 stars since that's what I think the app deserves. I've used it for a long time and I've always been happy with it.

I was forced to install update today, now the app does not work at all. I even tried to reinstall, still won't open. Did you even test this? Really disappointing to say the least. #**%#$. Update: I did get a prompt reply from the developer they're working on it, so that's a plus. Thanks! I hope you're able to get it fixed.

Incredibly slow! I can't stand to try and open it. I spent 15 minutes and couldn't get through more than 3 or 4 screens and back. What is wrong with this? Update: The apps speed has gotten better but unfortunately today it will not open on my device. It's crashing within a second of selecting.

The app is absolute trash! Doesn't update current critical information, never sent a conformation about money sent or money requested in my 401k, if I need to use the app I have to call the physical number for their office and speak to a person in order to do anything.
