Poorly made app. input fields are not labelled correctly, then transaction has to be validated by the bank. Out of 3x apps installed doing the same job, this was the only one with problems

Compared to BOLT these scooters are way more expensive. I paid 1.3€ for ~0.7km of ride that lasted 3 minutes. BOLT would take only 0.3€ for that. JUNGO also requires you to constantly add money to their wallet while BOLT receives payment directly after ride. Also JUNGO's travel zones are much smaller so you can't explore the city as much. As for scooters themselves, they are old, cheap and the least comfortable of all. JUNGO doesn't even bother to upgrade them (buy better ones) unlike BOLT.

Technical condition of scooters are afwel, in my two separate cases two different scooters just stopped after 20-30 min of ride. Oh, yeah, scooters had full battery charge.
