After installing from the 2nd day it's stopped working. All the steps followed from the help center. But still doesn't work. And ask for unnecessary permission to work still it doesn't work.

Absolutely useless app. Although the call voice quality is excellent but the dialer interface doesn't show up when you call someone. There is no button to cut the call/record it/ put it on speaker. Whenever I call through this app it only shows my home screen and nothing else. When someone calls me I can't even pick the call. The phone rings and then gets disconnected. Really pathetic experience with this app and this problem hasn't even been fixed for a long time now. This app needs an update.

Don't trust this App in emergency. It will work only when installed and remains on. After that whenever you want to use it, the app won't just open beyond a white screen. It will even mess with your incomming sms messages because you need to make jio the default messaging app while installing. I request Jio to please develop a smooth running app when we pay you soo much.

Absolutely useless app... Specially after recent update I can't keep connected with my jiofi device... Again & again it's asking for "unable to detect jio sim..... " like error... Please fix this problem because I'm a student from rural area & I need to use jiofi device for internet & for call.... Please don't force me to switch other telecom company & their hot spot devices...

The most pathetic calling app ever. Never thought thi could be that bad. Whenever I try to make a call through it, it either shows offline or never opens. When I make call, it doesn't show the screen where speaker, cut and recorder comes- you can't disconnect until the opposite person cuts the call. It keeps hanging. And needs many permissions and still hangs after giving all permission. Have to install it again and again. Doesn't ever deserve 1 star, it's only for I am using jiofi.

For real? I kept wifi on but still it showed "you don't have any network connection". So, I got a syncronicity that I should turn on my 4G too, but still it didn't work. While seeing the reviews. I find pupil complaining the same thing. You even apologize too but still you didn't took an action towards it. Please, it's a humble request to correct it for god sake. It's too much by apologizing. We don't need your apologies. All we need is the proper functioning of this app!

It is the WORST app I have ever used . I've subscribed for the top speed jio Fibre plan which comes down many times when you connect it with even 2 diffenrent devices . This is sick and I've never got a chance to dial a single call using jio call app . Cos whenever you open this app, it will show your phone is not connected to the internet.

Such a frustrating app. At first it was fine but now it just doesn't work properly. It never configures with the number on my jiofi. And after so much struggle if it does configure then within sometime it asks to configure again, but unless I uninstall and reinstall the app I won't be able to configure it. And it's more frustrating that jio doesn't have a solution for this.

Very bad app. Hangs, need many unnecessary permissions, lags in call amd most importantly the main page to pick up the call sometimes appear while sometimes doesn't, you will hear the ringtone but no way to pick up the call. Also the number can't be used for messaging, well that's not a issue as it's a landline connection but still it would be a good feature if possible.

Very much disappointed with this app. I was looking forward to use my JioFibre landline number over this app but it doesn't work smoothly as it hangs and goes incognito while trying to call from this app. Earlier I also wrote to JioCare but still there is no such update to fix the bugs or technical snags that force the app to behave in appropriately. Developers need to take these reviews seriously so that the motive of this app is fulfilled and users doesn't feel any sort of inconvenience.
