Reviews From google play store

I'm using it every time to track my efforts and success 。 only 4 stars because you can't decide where to store your backup and only 1 year is memorised 。 so if you haven't exported your data, it's gone... Thank you for the answer. Then it seems that I was wrong with my start date of first usage... 😁 Then I'll change it to 5 stars 👍 (how to backup I know of course...)

Simple, yet powerful. I've been in the search for a good workout logging app for a while, finally got one that fulfills my needs. I use also with Galaxy Watch, which provides a simple interface to control rest times and the program. I may not know all the functions of the app yet, but would be nice to have a way to program the weight and reps variation along the program.

Used different gym apps for years and I have to say this one is by far the best in every way. I am also using it on my Galaxy watch and its piece of cake. Please pass this to the team, Well done and keep up the hard work.

very helpful and easy to use app, would be handy if for the diagrams they had a short animation of the exercise to jog your memory of it

This app delivers. Simple enough to be useful, detailed enough to keep me motivated and with the companion app for smart watches, it makes working out so easy, without the need to keep looking at your phone. I changed phones and had some issues after not using the app for a while (all related to my lack of reading info correctly) but support was great. I bought the stand alone version for the watch when I didn't need to, but the developer immediately refunded me. Communication was brilliant too.

Great app! By far the best overall fitness tracking and logging apps for Android! There are many things I would improve, but the potential and structure of this app is superior to any app I've used. I will try and give my opinion on the highlights of the application as well as some ideas for improvement. Pros: 1) This app has a compatible smart watch app that is very useful. 2) There is the ability to create your own exercises with complete customization of the parameters and organization including thumbnails, muscle group identification, and naming. 3) The rest and timed functions are amazing and something I love having considering it works seamlessly with the logging. The auto start function of the rest is great. 4) The interface is easy and streamlined while also giving you complete control over the organization of your plan. 5) The extensive charting and stats are welcome, but these are not big for me as I don't follow my bmi, weight, etc... that seriously, but again its nice that it's there in the case I decide to be more aware of those measurements. Things to improve/suggestions: 1) I noticed that if I have an exercise (ie. stretching) set for a 2 minute duration using the timed start button method, I cannot use this function on the smart watch app. The timer works on the phone app but not on the standalone or companion app. The watch app simply lets me hit the check box to move on. I want the watch to have a play button and timer go as I do these types of timed exercises. If this is user error, some help would be awesome, but if not I think this feature should be added. 2) The exercises should auto-advance after the rest period concludes for the previous exercise on the phone app. The smart watch app does this well, but the phone does not. If you are a pure smart watch user during your workouts you will notice that the phone won't catch up to your watch until after you complete and log the first set for that exercise. 3) I noticed that when I try and "Finish Workout" from the smart watch companion app the phone will not do the same. The watch app will close as normal but the phone app will remain wherever you left the workout at. A sync for that would be nice. It does work the other way around (if you finish the workout from the phone first, the watch will also close). 4) I set the rest timer to give me a 10 second warning but I don't get any notification when the rest is about to be over. It appears that this function doesn't work in any way (on the phone or watch) unless I am misunderstanding the function of the "Warn." in the rest timer. 5) I would have the watch and phone be synced more fluidly and constantly in specific situations. I found that if you start the rest timer on the phone but then reduce or extend the time on either device they will not re-sync leading to misalignment. This is especially frustrating because one device can be multiple logs ahead of the other. Not this issue only happens when the watch is ahead of the phone. If the phone is counting down and for any reason is ahead of the watch. when you you log the next set the watch will re-sync to the new rest time. This does not happen the other way around as I mentioned earlier. Also, I think that when you log an exercise on the watch and the rest timer begins, the phone should also get a rest timer. Currently the phone rest timer will be unaffected. Summary: Based on my suggestions, a main theme would be a more seamless connection from the watch to phone when the watch is being used to control the logging. Most of the issues come from problems with the watch being able to control the phone. IF any user doesn't go back and forth they won't have much issue from what I can see. However, for those who want to hybrid their experience and use both devices for logging they may run into some obstacles. Again, this is a great app and worth the money for any if not all of the purchases available. I hope this absolutely huge review was helpful for potential customers and the development team!

Pros: * Easy to create new exercises * Easy to create supersets * Has an import feature, but you need to put it in the right format, which if you are doing the basics: squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc, you should be fine. But don't expect it to know what "Reverse Outer Thigh for Butt" means and import properly. 😄 It is easy to use and shows up on your screen when you don't have the app open so you can update your sets and reps without opening the app, which is nice.

I love this app, but have a question on how to navigate using the watch. I've looked all over and can't find any tutorials. I have my workouts set up to include multiple exercise options that provide the same results (machine chest press and bench press) in the same workout, so that I can change things up periodically, Because of this, I need to be able to skip an exercise to get to the next one (on my watch) is this done? Also, how do you end the workout on your phone? Overall, this is a great app, and just looking to find the answers to these questions.

I have used this app twice now and I'm very impressed with the way you can adjust the workouts and fit in new exercises. The only downside is the lack of Olympic lifting and gymnastics ring exercises but you can make your own if you put the time into making your own workout program. I can't get it to upload or link to my Google fit account though but I don't really care about that anyway.

Was looking for fitness diary + smartwatch integration. At first I was skeptical of paying $14 for premium and standalone watch app but it was definitely worth it! The app is very easy to use and the smartwatch integration is SPOT ON! (using Galaxy Active 2) I was very impressed with how simple it was to track my workout on my watch and then sync it to the app! Great features like autofill, statistics, trends, past workout history makes it easy to track your weights and reps.
