10/25/21: SAME ISSUE. 9/16/21 update: The app doesn't work smoothly when trying to sell tickets, etc. It sits on one screen and doesn't go all the way thru to completion. One thing after another on this app. Have more issues accessing my tickets than not. Been this way for months, sporadically. Ugh.

APP is not letting me sell tickets going thru Manage Tickets Tab since last Update on Sept 14th, 2021 Did not have any problems using APP during entire 2020 season. & I Just Sold tickets for the home Preseason game! I tried deleting& downloading the NEW updated APP Again. I also tried Deleting the Cache & Data. It's letting me enter a price but when i click on Method of Payment, it doesn't do Anything....Please hurry...I going to lose freaking money on this! Damn This sucks! I have Samsung S10.

I like the app, but every time I go to look at my tickets, I have to delete the app, then reinstall it. This is a problem. I'd rather they had mailed me actual tickets yhen to deal with this foolishness.

Absolutely horrible if you're trying to manage your tickets and edit your pricing. You're able to make the changes and then it freezes when you try to get to the next screen. So it never updates your pricing... Note 9 here..

Have to uninstall so often it is frustrating! When not looking at tickets for a few weeks it just whites out and won't load tickets....doesn't work well when trying to pay from it in the stadium either.

App is horrible, it made me update and after the updated, it wouldn't load my tickets. **Update** I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It's working better now.

The "Payout Method" is not responding when I try to sell my tickets. Very frustrating that I could be losing out on buyer opportunities. PLEASE FIX

App updated to JagsPay 2.0 Horrible instructions. Jags pay does not go to login screen when you select "log in" it does a twirl to 100% load and says "FAIL - Try again"

Cant sell tickets. Just sits on screen for payout method. 2 weeks in a row now. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Ridiculous.

Constant password problems. This app works about as well as the team. It is hard to believe that an NFL team can not hire a developer to run a decent app.
