even when set to English everything is still in German. Its really dumb, for example, when you go to the rules all the titles are in English but the actual instructions are in GERMAN. same with strategy and about everything else. I thought they fixed it but I guess not. Now that Ive been playing it a while Its a pretty good app but I've had to feel my way along because my German isnt very good

Very nice implementation. I'd like to pay and get rid of the ads unfortunately skat HD is according to Google play "incompatible with all of your devices". Very strange considering this free one is according to the same Google Play compatible with all my (too many) devices, as a matter of fact the free one installs and runs fine on both Android and ChromeOS (where the bigger screens are a plus for all board games, I digress). Another digression: once again Google Play tries to be "helpful" by... hiding skat HD from me, grrr... It took me a long time to discover skat HD even exists. Maybe I'll be able to buy it some day.

I wish the ad-free version was available in the US, and there's still some German, even in the English version (especially in the Skat Trainer). Nonetheless, i love it! ( And I've learned some more German on the process!)

The lessons are not in English so would have give 4 stars but the interface, modes, settings and feel of the game are good enough to justify 5. The ads can be annoying but the full version is a bit expensive.
