SKAT.AZ is a terminal created for quick search of announcements about sale of cars and properties on all popular websites. Why was the SKAT.AZ created? With the increasing availability of the Internet in Azerbaijan, those willing to sell their cars and properties appeal to advertising websites. And buyers, in turn, prefer to follow the advertising websites instead of going to car markets or contacting brokers. As a consequence, when affordable offers appear on these websites, those who first see this announcement and contact the seller become winners. With the application of the SKAT.AZ, you will not have to follow all the sites constantly in order to see the ad first. All you need is to create an order on the SKAT.AZ, enter the parameters required for search. The application will constantly check all the sites of ads and send a notification to your phone within a minute if the proposal you are interested in appears on any website. To note that up to 1,000 ads are published per day in each of the sites being checked. SKAT.AZ carefully filters all ads, and gives you only the most necessary. How does SKAT.AZ work? √You want to buy a car. Specify brand, model, year and price range. √You want to buy or rent a property. Specify the type of search (buy or rent), type of the property (new building, old building, private house, facility), price range and area. As soon as one of about 20 popular ad sites publishes an ad with the parameters you requested, a notification will pop up on your phone's screen. The notification will show the primary data for your request. You can have more detailed information by clicking on the link to the ad on that site. Advantages of SKAT.AZ - Currently, SKAT.AZ is the only search system in Azerbaijan, which optimizes all ads for the sale of cars and properties. - You won’t have to check the ads sites for the whole day in order to find the offers you need.
