Since more than 3 months I am trying to create my Irctc mudra account... But it always says "we are facing a technical error. We are working on it. We shall be back soon". Worst app and worst app developers. And for my review, irctc officials replied with a robotic reply "please share the screen shot ". But the funniest thing is IMUDRA app never lets you take screen shot. Then how can they have replied to send the screen shot ?? Just show off that they are working for their salaries... Hatsoff..

Comes handy in case of booking tickets. Putting charges for adding money via Debit card is wrong as it is cashless transaction and deters many from using this app. UPI BHIM app is unreliable . It keeps on verifying mobile number endlessly. Now God forbid, if transaction fails, Raising complaint on BHIM portal is itself an herculean task as they ask to upload bank passbook transaction page photo . How can you go to bank at 10PM in the night ? If there are three bank holidays , what to do?

Idiotic app. Sorry can't give zero stars, so giving one. Most of the time it won't work. Can't even reset password. Click forgot password, enter details to reset password it says- sorry you entered wrong password. Arey when did I entered the password?!! Deleting it. 3.8 stars is also more than enough.Useless application!!!

I read all comments, all are facing same error while signup. iMudra also know this error but still irritating users by asking to elaborate, screenshot share and most funny part is that they told to share account details to some review, they are already facing signup issue then how can they share account details :). My friend referred me to this app but I'm unable to sign up from the past month all I get is we're facing technical issues and will be back soon 1 day is ok 2 fine but 30days? Is it even going to be figured out? Do you not need new users? Disappointed to say the least.
