App occasionally crashes on my fold3. I would like the option to down load sections of a course offline so I can review them on a plane or a place with bad service.

The app is being updated constantly and tbh it doesn't deserve a low rating nor a high one to express our concerns. Currently the app can play videos and slides as of what I've seen (not sure about quizzes). -Support for landscape mode on slides This is one of my complaints because I can't see without squinting at the screen to read the information on portrait mode. - Dark Mode, for the whole app when navigating would be a nice addition. Even better if slides had this. Thanks.

Doesn't make sense to me. We waited all this time for a new mobile app and it's basically the same thing as watching it on a web browser. I have to log in everytime I open the app. No Chromecast? No download/offline viewing? For $99 a month that's just unacceptable. If I'm at work I keep my phone unlocked in my pocket just so I can listen to videos until I finally found a workaround so they still play while my phone is locked.

As a long time INE customer I'm getting tired of being burned by extreme content delays and unmet promises. Now you have a mobile app that isn't really any better than using a web browser. The old app is better than this. There is no reason why offline viewing (even if just limited to a few videos) and persistent logins shouldn't be built into this app. CBTNuggets has both of these features... You guys market yourselves as leaders in IT training. Step up!

App is great if developed by kids in Pre-K. It failed on so many levels. Can't scroll either landscape and portray mode. Courses can be added to Active Course but can only be retrieved sometimes. Best to use pen and paper to track your progress. Wonder if INE developer watch their development courses before working on the app? Did you know you can hide the login icon on your phone in portray mode using both Firefox and Internet app?

cant watch offline, doesnt save your progress, cant let your screen go dark if you want to just listen to videos. signed on to the site today and i no longer have any bookmarks or active courses. had to go search for the course im in the middle of only to see my progress has been wiped. do yourself a favor, save some money, and go to cbt nuggets.

Massive improvement from the previous app. Felt a bit rough in some of the transitions but otherwise all the core functionality you get from the web experience. The search function was a critical aspect that was missing previously and it was the first thing I looked for and thankfully found. The UI is well done for a mobile device while still keeping the same flow and essential layout from the web experience. With some polish this can be a gold standard mobile IT learning platform.

Constantly having to login and now my content isnt saved and says no subscription when I definitely have one. Wish it wouldn't have made me up grade. Old platform way better.

Why an app? This does nothing a mobile browser cant do. No offline, no screen off. Trash. Great content but poor webpage, poor support, poor rack support too.
