I joined recently after being dropped by Primephonic. I am actually enjoying this service more; both on the web as well as mobile. One issue I discovered is that when I switch off my headphones, the app will play on speakers instead of pausing. It's been an awkward day in the office. I also miss the album/soloist/ensemble descriptions that were available in Primephonic. Those were really interesting to read while discovering music. I also preferred the discovery mode from Primephonic (4 dimensional selection) vs the mood wheel in Idagio. I still enjoy using the wheel though! I feel the service is better quality than Primephonic, while the focus on artists is slightly lower. The access to live concerts is very nice though!

Changing focus to another app while paused can cause the player to lose position completely and the track or album cannot be resumed. So it's pretty useless compared to the desktop version.

Everything is great. Love the mood wheel, the collection, the quality, the price. I only have two requests. Please, just please, add a shuffle feature for liked tracks/albums/playlists. The second request is an extension of the first one - add a shuffle play feature for artists/performers/composers, enabling us to shuffle all of their works/albums at once. I have noticed a lack of shuffle feature on the app in general. Adding this would make it an even better experience in my opinion.

Hm. Problems with streaming (lots of stuttering so a buffering issue?). Next, playlists - I guess there are lots of curated playlists available, but that's no use if you can't access a full listing of them, or search for them, or are given any playlist results when you search for works! You're just limited to the random 30 on the discovery page. Finally, the subscription service - on the website you get 2 options, 10 or 16.67 Euro. On the app you get 2 options in £ which are double the price!

Did Idagio just lock lossless playback behind the higher Premium+ model? Seriously? Seems they realized concerts aren't a big sell to pay even more. But lossless was all I subscribed for, after Primephonic dried up. The Moods radio is also not great or particularly accessible. Have an option to disable the wheel controls and to exclude choral music. This app always seems to crash out in the middle of the night sometime. Now I have no idea why I'm paying for it with lossless taken away.

Another user that has come here after being kicked from Primephonic...this app isnt perfect, but I would much rather support this then go feed the giant that ate the old service. So far I really do like Idagio. The great sound quality is still there, you can download anything. Its mostly easy to find things, but the browse could use some work on the app. Its hard to find anything unless you know exactly what or who you are looking for, so discovering new/similar composers isnt easy. Otherwise 👏

Beware. This app does not work well with Android 9. Or am I the only one on Android 9 having problems. The album tab just never loads, it just keeps spinning. I logged this some time back and there have been at least 2 updates since then but they have made no difference. I get the feeling it is not a high priority fix although the developers have been able to replicate it but intermittently. Well it is not intermittent for me it happens every time. Not worth paying for while this persists.

I just started using the service on my tablet and all sounds good, especially as the free 14 day trial comes with the best sound quality. There are many recordings. But already after using the app for 1 hour I would have a number of improvements: - why is there no auto rotate functionality to use the app in landscape mode while the tablet is on its stand? - I can only see the performer of an album by looking at the actual record picture, it is not in the description which is odd

Please add the "View All" button in the android version, it is a bit inconvenient when I want to see all the albums listed, for example, in the trending albums. Currently there are just few albums I can see in the list. The iOS version have the "view all" button by the way.

I Installed the app and subscribed to premium service. The app wont let me access any of the premium features and settings tells me I only have the free subscription. Google account confirms that I have a premium subscription. Attempts to contact Idagio have received no response.
