A good app for HP Gas customers, easy to use and understand. If there's any difficulty in logging in, it's advised to contact your distributor/agency and find out what's the registered mobile number linked to your consumer number. Complete refill and subsidy history is available. Can book and pay online. Most customers who are complaining are talking about issues of the dealers and delivery time which the app has no control over.

I m one of the consumer of HP Cooking Gas since 2004. Today I understood that they are not recognising my phone number which is simply astonishing! What is the solution and how can I solve this problem. The other problem is I m not getting the gas refill on time because after booking the cylinder, I will get the cancellation message without the clarification. Gas price is going rocket high and it’s very sad to see that instead of taking care of the delivery of gas to the consumer HP agency is harassing consumers, and it became a regular practice.

Very pathetic app. Login hardly works. Most of the time it even does not display an error if something is worng after entering username. If you manage to login into the app, then you must consider yourself a luckiest person on this planet. It is even not worth 1 start. How come they dont even bother to have regular sanity checks on the app.

Hello team, When I try to book cylinder additional services charges added. But when comes out of page I have to wait for 30 minutes. It's better to introduce wait time for after final page of payment and not at start of payment page

Very Bad Exp..1. UPI option is given but doesn't work. 2. Have to wait for 30 mins. It will take more than 30 mins. 3. UI not at all user friendly. I HOPE THESE POINTS ARE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND ACTED UPON.

This doesn't deserve one star too. I have installed the app on 5th September 2021 and trying to get a new connection since then. But everytime I open the App I got only one message 'Server is not responding. Try later'. Even the Distributors are no help at all.

I installed this app because the IVR thing was not working. After installing this app always prompts on a screen saying server not responding, please try later. The later never comes.

Price should be same as booking date, while the payment was online.You can deliver the product when you can but if anyone pay for a cylender online and you deliver the product 4 days after booking, and the price is now increased you shouldnt ask for extra money, thats fraudulent and should be stopped.

HP now stands for Hairaan Parishaan Customers... Unable to order a refill via IVRS and this app has such useless database that it doesn't recognise your Registered Mobile Number too. Switch to some other Gas Supplier. It's better to sabe time and patience....... An ideal disappointment!

Why you created this app when you don't want to maintain it. It's been almost a year since I'm getting error msg as 'Server Not Responding'. Every time I have to run to local agency to resolve any issues.
