Currently the biggest problem with this app is that it is not possible to run this app using Jio Network's internet, At the same time it is possible to do all the other activities using the internet of that network. Please fix this issue first, Moreover, all types of customers are currently enabled to resend otp, although "order not found" is coming to resend dac.

Before the update this app worked very fine , but after recent update it has added a new row of quantity, which is not needed at all . Only for that we are unable to see the booking option which made this app totally waste . There must be page scrolling option in booking menu which is more needed for 5" mobiles .

The HP Vitran app is great for booking and punching. There are a lot of problems with online payments. If you pay online, the HP Vitran app does not show up in the digital payment list.When the office is completed, they say that HPCIL has not received the payment. Yesterday date: 28/08/20. I made a customer's online payment. Payment from Bhim UPID was successful. Not showing on hp So it feels very bad .. It is too bad for digital payment. Customer satisfaction is not done in this app.

this complaint is an occupational hazard. Every place worked, users have complained about how long it takes their app to load, load a page, open Cash memo, stuck payment , etc. I'm not sure that such complaints can ever be completely eliminated, but a few steps can help reduce them.

Hi, I have lyf phone Android version -5.1.1 API - 22 But when i am going for instant cylinder booking and entered the consumer Id and when i click on "Get consumer data", app get closed automatically or say app is crashing thats why i am unable to get consumer data. Why this happens?? Please explain
