    Dude hotlink are broken so many glicth can't log in cant buy internet cant top up my game and now it's just error it has been 4 days and I still can't log in it's say "an unexpected error pls try again in few minutes" what kind of few minutes is that it has been 4 days man fix it I try reset my phone also didn't work fix it fast

    i hope Maxis will notice this okay. For your information Maxis, my line always change from 4G to H+, and sometimes it only got h. if it not frequently happen, i can accept it. but it's always happen. and I'm kinda fed up with Maxis. Really Really fed up. So disappointing. If this situation keep happening, i will change to another line. I'm sorry. I hope you can fix this situation. Stop making us disappointed.

    New update sucks. Although the design and all is newer and more updated but the app is non functioning now. I can only open it but everything is an error or retry etc. Can't even see how much credit /data balance I have. New doesn't always mean better. They should have just remained with the old design. At least it was still functioning then.

    The app doesn't load, I bought data and it's about to expire before I can even use it. Why is my mobile data not working and the app can't open? Fox it please.

    When I top up through online banking amd eWallet there is the OTP required. After i go to my SMS and back to the app and there is an message said there is the duplicated transaction. This cause me can't able to top up my balance! Previously doesn't have thia issue but recently. This is very serious issue as it refresh the transaction when we trying to go other apps. Please fix it ASAP!

    It's showing "An unexpected error occurred while processing your request. Please wait for a few minutes before trying again." a lot. There hasn't been a single week in the many years I've been using this app without some kind of error like this. The interface is a bit complicated as well with unnecessary or misleading tabs. Also, it needs internet access to do what *100# could do, which makes it useless in emergency times without internet access.

    I have a problem with this app. It's kind of wierd, because the 1GB 1AM-7AM everyday does not work at all for me. When I top up my RM30 credit, I can use the 1GB 1AM-7AM pass for the first day, and then the rest of the day, it says my pass was 0GB while I did not use it yet. Can you help me? Thanks.

    Hotlink is not at it best condition right now, I know it's hard time right now but you should show more care to us too, increase the data limit at least 10GB and return our daily free data back instead of the point system which you just increase the point charged during day time, I will give better rating and review after you consider to change how you do things and treat us

    Brainless app.. i bought the 7 days unlimited calls and internet and no reply or changes in it and after a while try to buy it again.. guess what...this dumb app charges me for buy 2 times.How come when we already had a 7 day unlimited call and internet and still can buy ANOTHER plan same as before.!!! SYSTEM SHOULD KNOW THAT WE USER already have valid use of internet and call. For what .. what if a user mistakely click that thing and not on purpose.. YOU EAT MONEY FROM USER

    Please provide an Option for Auto-Renewal of Data Plan, HOTLINK please dont always deduct our credit up to RM10 quietly (for INTERNET Pay Per Use/Day), this will happen after our data plan has expired. App always hang with error message: no data plan found while my data plan is still in active status.
