What's the point of sending a TAC to a phone who's signal you've blocked incoming AND outgoing calls and messages?? How am i going to receive my TAC if you block incoming SMS?? What kind of counter intuitive poorly designed idea is this?? Send it to my email?? Hello?? Logic??

My due on 21st aug... I always pay in advance n I paid on 9/08 n now my line is bared coz over due... I can't even check the statement or anything in the app .. seriously sick with this maxis... I seriously regret to take maxis postpaid... Even prepaid also so much cheating... Unlimited ur face... 2 weeks I have to purchase again monthly unlimited package ... Don't use the word "unlimited" coz it's not unlimited at all...maxis don't deserve even for 1 star... But I have no choice...

Very very slow apps... Really disappointed...Rubbish apps...Line also slow even full bar..When make payment, really loading..like waiting 100 years...Very no good line..better change with others telco...Unlike before, good line but now really bad line... REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Poor Apps. Unable to login into apps now nearly a month. The error is "PLEASE USE A VALID HOTLINK NUMBER”. So trouble in checking bill now.
