This app is awful. Work pays for my public transportation so I have that credit card in my Google Pay but I also have my personal debit card. If I don't hold my phone up to the reader exactly right, it charges my debit card. I swear I've been charged at least $40-50 over time because Trimet can't update their app to something that actually works. Fix your app Trimet! 😠

Terrible. Have one card but it sometimes charges for pass after I've reached the monthly limit. Trying to switch to samsung pay because google created a new google pay that screwed everything up. Cant use the old google pay and the new one is even worse..

When this app works, it's a godsend. But much of time it's kinda janky. The whole hard-card vs. virtual card via Google Pay has never been adequately explained or made consistent. Every ride is a new adventure in Hoplandia. An A for effort, a hard D- for execution.

Needs to be updated to support the new Google pay app. Right now it doesn't work without having the old Google Pay app installed. Google recommends the new Google Pay app. Otherwise, works fine.

Difficult to setup or reset password! Also, needs to be completely divorced from ANY google pay app. They really need to do this "in-house". Don't try to tell me it can't be done. That tech is 90's at worst.

I hate this app. I have never gotten it to work. I never wants to read or do anything. What was wrong with trimet tickets? It worked perfectly every time. I've literally had to get off the bus several times because this app refuses to work. Yet I am forced to use it because Portland thinks it's the better app even though it's actually worthless.

This app is horrendous I wasn't aware this isn't like an all day bus pass but that each tap cost money. That's ridiculous.

This app doesn't work. It allows you to add funds to your transportation card but won't scan the card at the station. Trash.

How many of you with problems tapping have checked to make sure your NFC is actually turned on? Just curious, because thats the only time ive had an issue. Have also experienced my card being charged instead of my balance, but a quick call to customer service and my money was returned (Happened twice, had to wait the customary 3-5 days for refund to appear) Decent app, but physical card is WAYYY more reliable

Literally just doesn't work can't tap my phone anymore. I used to be able to but it updated and now it doesn't work
