"Get device info failed" not what you expect from a so called "upgrade". App is buggy and unstable over the 2 years use. Latest update seems to make it worse, for eg smart lights have no options to select white or equivalent light. Previously the slider made it easier and possible. Goes nowhere in any smart home experience. Not recommended at all.

Suddenly being bounced out and have to log into this app again. However, my password doesn't seem to work anymore. Tried Forgot my password option but I have been asked to key in my email and password?! It looks really ridiculous here.

useless app. terrible backend support. couldn't log in after app update, once able to log in nothing worked. can't reset password for security reasons. this shouldn't even be on the app store.

After update light bulb cannot change to white easily anymore, there is no more hi and lo control, and the on off button is so tiny it always bring me to the colour setting page, have to press back a few time to off, seem so not smart at all.

basic functionality only. very bad linkage to Google home. One of the worst smart devices I used. And to think that Qingjian charged thousands ($x'000) of dollars for it... when my Xiaomi costing less than $50 does so much better

Useless app. Door Notification doesn't work after upgrade. Have to relink aircon every other day. Waste my money signed up for this smart home

I accidentally unlink a smart lightbulb however I am now unable to link the lightbulb back! There is no way to link it back. So un-user friendly!
