Constant 'device not registered' messages from app. What's wrong with simple open, stop, close? Far from reliable or user friendly. However, I have found a solution! Unlock your gates with the unlock tool. Tie a large elastic to the closing side of your gates (X2 if you have 2 leaf gates), and an extremely long piece of string from the opening side and through your front window. Simply pull the string to open....let go to close! Easier than using this useless bloody system and far more reliable.

Doesn't work with PCs. A huge flaw. Adding users is not simple. The manual is does not give accurate instructions. Especially if you have Andriod devices. I had to manually configure this which is not explained in the instructions. It Functions but it could be vastly improved if more attention was paid by the designers to how the end users actually use this.

This project is bad, a very annoying app. Not working properly, not work 90% of the time. Shows a device not registered error even after registering and using is still not working, so annoying.

As others point out this app is not at all user friendly. It's used to control the electric gates to my property and works most of the time, but I have a problem with kids pressing the intercom at night. I can silence the control panel but I can't silence the app. The ability to set sheduled times to receive notifications would be good.

The only benefit of these systems is you can allow your baby sitter into your building if you are not there. This app has constant problems, tenants are always messing up the app setup in their phones, the system demands constant resets, etc. Tenants are frustrated. Here is the kicker: You need four service providers - broadband cable, SIP service, installer service, Comelit service. Oh, it's going to cost you. Search for an easier solution.

So frustrating I wanted to punch my intercom system: 1) only uses 2.4Ghz band to connect to Wifi. 2) keypad does not have symbols except for '@', so if your wifi password uses symbols other than the ampersand then you will need to a) reduce the security of your password for your entire wifi network and all attached devices b) change the password of your wifi network and yes all the attached devices. 3) couldn't connect to wifi anyway. 4) keypad to navigate menus hit and miss. 5) Poor UI.

Bought the intercom system specifically to answer it remotely. It can never seem to connect when needed. Does not ring to the phone when not home. Really disappointed.
