never works when you want it work, says not connected when I am on 5G mobile and all the other Cox websites work. As soon as I can afford a better system I will leave this to Cox, this homelife is unrealible, support has no idea how to fix, ongoing 1 year and 9 months $420 for maybe it works maybe it doesn't, will ask for a refund this week.

I have been a loyal customer since at least 2019 just to be told in order to get my service reconnected due to the companies lack of billing abilities I we'll have to purchase the equipment setup. ( I had already purchase with original account set up and activation in 2019) by the way this was a manager that told me this so selling their equipment is more important in a consistent account monthly payment and this was my first time having my account disconnected since original activation and did I mention they tried to withdraw money from my account twice in one day the day before they were supposed to pull it out then tried to charge me $25 payment rejection fee both times this company is the biggest p.o.s I have had to deal with How do they stop services for Homelife but my bill not change any sounds like a scam to me along with the app issues that you have to deal with on a daily basis like for instance extremely short video clip a record on motion, super slow signing into the app, able to view some videos quite often, do you know long pause in between recording 15 seconds or less if you ain't watching it live then you can only View super short clip, customer service sucks terribly each time you call get a different answer on the same question, glitch Galore, money hungry company they try to raise your bill every couple months definitely beware of auto-pay has absolutely hands down been the absolute worst company I have dealt with at this point so needless to say definitely would not recommend having a extremely stressful experience with Cox I understand where the name came from now

Terrible app, takes forever to connect my phone (log in) to my system. Had to reboot phone several times to get it to work, each time it didn't work I checked my Blink system and my security camera dvr and had no problems connecting to them. HEY COX, FIX THIS POS APP !!!!

I never know if this app is going to work or not. Works maybe 50% of the time. Half the time it complains that there's no Internet connection when I'm sitting here at home using Cox Internet. All other apps working fine. Very frustrating as there's nothing that can be done to convince it otherwise.

More and more app won't open says no internet, it's always slow to load anything anytime I have had an alarm go off when not home takes forever to load app and view what's going on.

It used to only give a connection error a couple times a week, now it's almost constant. This is a broken app. PLEASE FIX IT!

I would not recommend this to anyone! The technician who came to install my camera put it on his phone 1st. Didn't sound right so I called Cox and asked. They said he was not supposed to do that. But they won't fix it or check my app. If you want a pervert looking at you with your own camera then this is the service for you.

App keeps telling me i need an internet connection. I have one... I'm using it now. Only works on wifi which defeats the point of having an app to control my unit

Never works when I need it to. Says connect to internet when I'm connected . Supposed to be able to click on the live feed it boots my off each time
